  Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had been trying to get a loan and to refinance my car for the longest and had already given up until i came across Jose Guerrero.   Can't begin to explain how prompt and motivated Jose G. was with helping me not only get financed but also getting me set up with a checking and savings account. He even went the extra mile helping me out after business hours by texting or emailing me to fit my schedule. Me and my wife will definitely be doing our financing here in the future with our next home or auto purchase.

  REV: Despite a rocky start, MyNCU has been friendly to work with so far and their online banking tools are fairly easy to work with. I am revising my review based on the friendly customer service I get whenever I go into my branch. --------------------------------- Filled out an application for new Savings (mandatory!) and Checking accounts online. Online processes states the applications will be processed in ONE business day. FIVE business days later I call - I am told my application will be processed that very day and I will receive a confirmation email. TWO days later and I still have no confirmation. My confidence in Neighborhood Credit Union has been shaken right out of the gate. I run my own business and my customers expect me to do exactly what I say I am going to do, so if I give you my money to hold, I think the very least you can do is follow through with the things you say you are going to do. I'm not even asking for special treatment or consideration - just do what you say you are going to do.

  Amazing!!! I can not say enough great things about this company and how they treat people. Finally a banking / financial company where you are more than just a number. The personal service is unbelievable and second to none. And if you need a loan, ask for Jose! He is incredible to work with.

  We have been dealing with NCU since 2013 and it has been nothing but great. On this latest loan, I worked with the team in Coppell. I can tell you that I was literally in the bank for about 15-20 mins with an approval for our car. Thank you Alex and your team members, you guys were great!
