  This guys has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! If you want to buy something he has i recommend you go elsewhere. The guy insults you and calls you names to make him feel better. He don't have 3 seconds to answer questions on items he has posted. STAY AWAY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!

  The owner tosses personal insults at anyone who disagrees or leaves a low review, claiming they must be insecure boys rather than men. I'm sure it takes a very big "man" to resort to internet bullying yo make his business seem awesome. What a joke.

  Owner apparently thinks it's acceptable to harass people who leave negative reviews with remarks about their penis size. If I knew nothing else, that would be enough to make me avoid the business. Edit: When I want a dose of reality, I can assure you it's not going to come from a small-time pawn shop owner in Utah County. Your responses speak volumes.

  Owner is an amazing guy all 1 star reviews are people who tried to rip him off and he gave it to em straight, he will be straight with you and he is very upfront and honest, will buy from him again.

  Don't go to vip pawn shop! It is not worth your time to go there. I got my xbox one out of the pawn shop and hooked it up the next day to find out that my wireless control to my xbox one is broken. What pawn shop does that. If you want to go to a good pawn shop go to Provo pawn. I wish that I went to that pawn shop instead of going to the Vip pawn. I will not be going back to the Vip pawn ever again.

  So you never even contacted us , and are just assuming that it was our fault . Funny thing is just on principle I probably would of bought you a brand new controller . Even though not my responsibility . But no you would rather be that person who just complains when there is an easy solution.

  I was reading a review on here from a month ago, the one where you decided to chastise a woman for being upset with her kids? Yea, that one. Now I do believe that was HER PERSONAL ISSUE. Also, I've been here before as my fiancée has tried to sell to you, and gave a very unfair amount for a collectors watch. That is my personal opinion and do not need it commented on, which was a problem in the last review. I honestly do not think you were professional in store or online. But thank you for letting me voice MY PERSONAL OPINION.

  Well Sarah my guess is that your fiancee's watch was probably worth pretty much nothing, and the only people who think it's collectable are you two, and I probably proved that to you by showing you what it was selling for because i'm upfront, and honest with people. As for the last review you mentioned, it stopped being HER PERSONAL ISSUE when she decided to leave a review about something that was out of our hands aka her item value. Even though you don't want my opinion, guess what, your gonna hear it :) If you have a personal opinion, that means you shouldn't waste people's time with sharing it, and try and have it reflect their business with on online review. The fact that you, and the previous woman you mentioned, took the time to leave a review over the true honest value of your products , is pretty pathetic in my book, not our fault your pissy about hearing the truth. I guarantee you if I look up your boyfriends watch online it is probably selling for less than half of what he was asking for it. So thank you for wasting everyone's time. If you would like to argue this fact I would be more than happy to put the camera recording of the transaction with audio on our Facebook page for you & anyone else to replay, and realize how laughable your review is. Sorry if being honest is unprofessional in your opinion, I guess you haven't experienced honesty a whole lot.

  The LAZIEST buncha %%%$&*$ they've got this little sign that says "if we are not open call and we will open for you" ya no. They wont. DURING BUSINESS HOURS Thursday may 30th 11:21 AM theres the guys sittin inside litterally ducking behind the counter to the right hiding and ignoring the phone calls. Never met a group of guys so scared to work.. at a pawn shop of all places.

  Overpriced and very rude I attempted to barter for a drill, instead of offering a counter offer I was told to "Take my money and buy a pound of salt." Will never step foot in there again and will instead warn all friends and family to never give such a place business.

  HAHAHAHAHA man your dumber than I thought. You didn't even get my insult right. I said (GO POUND SALT) as in go F*** yourself.Not go buy salt LMFAO!!! But I understand if you didn't get that. It seems like you have some obvious issues getting common social hints. Like the fact that you offered me half of what I was asking for a drill that you admitted was already priced at half of retail. So my only guess is you weren't loved enough as a kid in order to properly develop a sense of how not to be an idiot, for lack of a better word :) ps. I love how you start to do the threatening thing as your almost out the door lol.
