Dave Molina1Drivers are rude, I've had 4 different drivers cut me off just to get in front of me or to turn out into the road. Today one driver yelled obscenities at me because I complained that they parked diagonally in a handicap parking spot blocking the other. This after he cut me off before trying to get to the same medical facility I was taking my mom to, that I commented to him about. I would never recommend your company to any of my friends who use your type of service!

Mark Hansen1I refuse to continue working for either Veyo or its parent company Total Transit after my horrible experience with their dispatchers. A little extra money is not worth the clear and present legal danger presented by doing dirty work for these people. They have some of the most rude, childish and unprofessional employees I have ever seen. We're trying to do our jobs correctly (some of us drivers actually care that people get to their destination safely and happily) and you guys make it almost impossible. Shame on you for taking advantage of the current market. You guys get away with this simply because you can and no one is checking you. This is WRONG. You are supposed to be responsible for peoples lives.

Maricela Zuniga1I would give it zero stars if I could. Veyo Arizona is used by our medical insurance and they are literally the worst customer service, operators taunt and laugh at your misfortune, refuse to read notes on file confirming approvals by case workers, make you run around in circles for several days all day long in attempt to schedule transportation and when finally they deemed it sufficient deny you and notate on your file that you failed to schedule within 72hrs prior to appointment. They have no empathy or remorse. Unfortunate for my family and myself we are not financially stable, one minimum wage income with 2 special needs children that have many medical needs and in sepearte states. I have been put in the position by this company to literally choose between the medical needs of my children, I refuse to do so. I urge for everyone whom has been through this company and been treated poorly to report them.

adel naji3I just received text message from Veyo . mention that they suspended my account because of many cancellation . OK , What am I supposed to do ? If they keep sending me cancelled trips already by the members.I had many of it every day i went to the members and drove many miles and when I reached the address and knocked the door many times .most of the time the member no show or he/she open the door and get upset because they did not request any transportation .so , what i suppose to do ? should I argue with them or pull them to the car ? or force them to keep the trip and do not cancel it.be in my position,what should i do to avoid the cancellation problem . Should I call the dispatch every canceled trip ? To be responsible for the cancellation? Or what ? you can go to my record and check how many cancelled trip because of the member. And I don't think its smart from me to cancel the trips for nothing. I have a big family that I need to feed.And heavy expenses that need to pay.So how come i cancel this trips by my opinion? Or chose the trips that I like?It doesn't make sense.I just like all other Veyo drivers.I received the trips and follow the GPS.So every thing is out of my control. Why you blame me for something is out of my control? You need to check with the members before you send the trips to the drivers.And at least you can provide the members phone number.So the drivers will have good chance to avoid any cancellation, avoid fake trips, and avoid drive miles and miles for nothing. Jana Domskie1I am in a wheelchair, unable to walk and this company left me at my doctors office. I called dispatch and they said that someone had been dispatched but an hour and a half later no one arrived. Called dispatch again and they said they were closed until the next day.

Walter Feliu3I drived for Veyo for two yrs it was decent but unfortunately i got tired of getting call 15 up to 25 min away from pick up address. If you cancel the call you can get you account suspended and if you take the call there is a chance you dont find the customer..in that case you loose your time gas and miles Its too complicated .....

Dariusz Jastrzebski1Completely Worthless and terrible at scheduling rides! Veyo has forgotten my appointments over 3 times. Veyo drivers get lost and are usually late to pick me up. Whenever I call Veyo customer service they do not have any record of my current appointments. Please do not use this company, use Lyft, a trusted friend, or family member.

Armando Belloc1I was enrolled in the family and friends reimbursement. Till this day my driver still hasn't been paided. From January . We have faxed emailed time sheets with the provider signatures. Have called Wald house,left numerous messages,hasn't return any of our calls. Have spoken with Natash (not sure of spelling her name, but she knows who I'm talking about) also from yeyo.She said she needed to make up the trip dates. Stated she was processing the time sheets and the driver would be paid in a couple of days. Didn't understand why she would HAVE to do that when the dates are on the time sheet. She hasn't returned my numerous calls or messages. Have also spoken with Irene from Az health choice insurance. She seemed like she would be able to help us and have the matter resolved. But she also has stopped returning our numerous calls and messages. They keep telling us the driver will get paided. But she still hasn't. We've been handed over to one person to the other and issue hasn't been made eight. Well now their saying that my ahacces insurance is expired. That's the reason their now trying to use not to pay the driver.But at that time I did have ahacces. If they would of done their job and submitted the time sheets like their where suppose to. We wouldn't be going thru this because of their inability to perform their jobs. Is there any other people going thru the same issue with yeyo? Someone reading this and able to help us with this issue. We would greatly appreciate it.
