  Working with Eddie was an awesome expirience! He not only gave us a great rate, but also took the time to explain the entire process. This was huge because we were first time home buyers and we were unsure how the process works. He also recommended things we could do with our finances before we submitted for the loan.   I just closed a refinance with Eddie and his team and I could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the process was smooth and uncomplicated.   Mr. Eddie Knoell and his team are the BEST they truly helped me and my wife get qualified for the home we really wanted. It was a long process due to some issues I had and me being self employed, but Mr. Knoell did the impossible until we got qualified, he never gave up on us and I truly appreciate for everything he did for us, his team is just AMAZING!!   This is the second time in a few months I have had the opportunity to work with Tom and his team at AZ Mortgage Brothers and Signature Home Loans. This time the challenge was on.. I requested 2 loans simultaneously, on a 5 unit complex that was on 2 lots right next to each other. The Team exceeded all my expectations from even the previous time we worked together. They utilized all the info at hand and generated the tools that help satisfy underwriting with ease and no stress to me. Again, they worked seamlessly with Title and the 1031 firm with great communication and confirmations to make signing a breeze.   I am a Homesmart agent. My buyer has worked with Eddie previously and was very happy with him. My experience was the same. I received updates on the loan process (e.g., appraisal, conditional and final loan approval) throughout, and calls and emails were returned promptly. The loan docs were at title well in advance of closing, so no last minute dramas. Eddie made what can be a stressful process very painless for our mutual client.
