  From start to finish the process was smooth. The easy to access online portal makes uploading documents, communicating with team members, and monitoring the work flow seamless. Rudy has put together an amazing team who works hard to accomplish your goals. I worked with Danny and Jami and both were great.   Rudy is THE man!! He made refinancing our home very simple and walked us through step by step. I thought it was going to be a long and tedious process, but he was able to close our loan fast and without any issues. We had funds in 37 days!! Can’t recommend him enough.   I was fortunate to work with Rudy and Prime lending on our recent house buying process. Rudy was very instrumental in making that process simple. We were out of state and needed someone who understood our plight and has successfully worked with out of state client. We ended up buying our house in the worst time for buyers in recent history (March/April 2021). Rudy and his partners worked with our agent to deliver a seem-less process. The communication was excellent. Rudy is available by email and on the other side of the phone when you have a question or concern. We were unable to be in Phoenix on the date or closing and final walkthrough, but prime lending (Rudy’s lending company) was flexible and sent someone to our home to help us with the final paperwork. I never understood closing cost before buying out home, but the documents from prime lending had every detail in black and white. I will use Rudy again for my house buying process.
