  My husband and I worked with Suburban Mortgage and Jheri in particular throughout our entire home buying process. First, I cannot say enough good things about Jheri and all she did along with the company. This was the best and most stress free home buying experience. I really dreaded going through it, but Jheri really was amazing. She walked us through beginning to end and even helping us improve our scores to get the best possible deal and she worked so hard for us. Jheri is such an amazing person to work with. Everything was easy and so smooth that we could have even closed early if we had liked. Everything literally went off without a single hitch. I highly recommend Jheri and Suburban Mortgage.

  Cornell is amazing! If your desire is to have a flawless loan experience, then Cornell is the person to speak to. This is my second time using Suburban mortgage and because of Cornell and their excellent staff, I will continue to use this fine company to meet all my future loan needs.

  Updated: 4/13/21- We had the pleasure of working with Cornel and Suburban Mortgage once again and as always, the service they provide far exceeded our expecations. Cornel and the Suburban Mortgage team went above and beyond to get our loan closed in a timely manner and within the parameters quoted from the beginning. We wil continue to recommend Cornel and Suburban to others. We had a great experience with Suburban Mortgage thanks in large part to Cornel. He was absolutely fantastic.   Shelley Martin at Suburban Mortgage saved my home purchase scenario at the last minute when the investor pulled out on funding my type of loan, due to the current, virus stressed environment. When I say "last minute" Shelley found out about the investor issue on the day before I was supposed to close escrow. Shelley jumped into the situation, kept me informed, found a new investor/lender for my purchase and we closed the next day, on time with no issues! Not just any loan person/company could pull this off in such a professional and knowledgeable manner, all with keeping me from spinning out of control! Many thanks to Shelley and her experienced team that made it happen without stressing me out! I will continue to use Shelley and Suburban Mortgage because I have discovered online lenders and large banks have lost the ability for the "personal involvement" needed to get a mortgage done in a timely manor!   I have completed several loans with Shelley Martin and her team, and every time they work hard to get it done, which is why I always return to Shelley and Debbie when I need a loan. As the industry moves forward, more documents are required. I had difficulty getting a required document in a timely manner from a third party that was required for this loan to close. Fortunately Shelley was able to put a hold on a lock that had expired. Although the final document was submitted late, Shelley was able to hold the loan long enough to complete the process.
