  My wife and I moved from Lake Havasu City, Arizona after I had a major heart attack while we were traveling to visit our daughter in West Haven, Utah. So we sold our house and decided to move to Utah where we knew the cardiac healthcare was excellent. We found a great house in this crazy housing market, used my VA loan, and our realtor turned us over to the best mortgage funding organization I have ever used. Pam Cordon and her team of experts at Veritas Funding made getting our loan processed as straight forward as you can get. They walked us through every step of the way and asked us for exactly what information the underwriters would need to approve our loan. Our loan was processed in minimum time. I have to tell you I’ve bought a number of homes in my life and by far this was the most professional and easiest home loan I have ever gotten processed thanks to the people at Veritas Funding. So,Thank You Pam, you and your team of dedicated professionals, made buying our home a pleasure.

  David is awesome! And if you're are military veteran wanting to use your VA loan, he is your man as he is an expert at getting the most out of the loan whether, buying or refinancing. Also, he works around your schedule and he's ready to assist any day and (literally) any hour of of the day. If you want someone that will work for you, with a sense of urgency, David is your man.

  I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I gave a Loan Originator my phone number and email address and we set a date to meet to discuss refinancing my home. He said he would send an email with the time to meet and address of the office as well as other useful information. Never heard back. No email, no call, no text message. I prefer companies who do what they say they are going to do. A few weeks later, I contacted the guy(trying to give him the benefit of the doubt) and he said he "lost" my information. How does that even happen?! Not a trustworthy or organized company. I own close to a half-million dollar house and you would think Veritas would want my business. Because of the delay, I missed out on the lowest interest rates available and now question if refinancing is even worth it. I'll look elsewhere and urge others to do the same for their mortgage needs.
