  Deborah worked diligently to find me the right solution to my refinance, cash-out needs. She contacted me often with different options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons for each. Once we decided to go the specific route, Deborah and her team worked quickly to make it happen, calling and emailing consistently throughout the process to answer questions and let me know what comes next in the process. In the end, the deal came together more quickly than I had anticipated. I couldn't recommend working with Deborah and her team more. They are so efficient, professional and provided excellent customer service.

  The Caliber home loan team surpassed all my expectations. They are great teachers of the loan process and explained all my options along the way. I would use Marilee, RJ and the team again! They worked fast and with a sense of urgency!

  I used Ty and Gary personally on a home I purchased back in January. They were awesome to deal with and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I'll add that I'm a Realtor, so I've seen my fair share of lenders in the business. Ty and Gary were constantly giving me updates and stayed on top of things. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my clients. Great company to work with!! Keep up the awesome work guys!

  I had the opportunity to work with Gary and Ty recently during my home buying process. They were professional, courteous, and very responsive. I appreciated how fast they were at responding to any and all of my questions. I love how simple and convenient the auto pay feature is! I'd definitely recommend Gary and his team.   Gary and Ty with Caliber are amazing! They put in so much work to help us purchase our forever home! They went above and beyond for sure even in the beginning when our credit wasn't where it needed to be they still would follow up with us, and they were so positive that even when we had thoughts of it maybe not working out Gary and Ty still stayed positive, and came up with more ideas to help us out!   I absolutely loved working with Jeff Flitton and the team at Caliber in Layton. They were ready to go before they were needed, any changes were met with a “no problem” type of attitude. I refinanced my last home with Jeff and when I was ready to buy another home, there was no question who to go to. They have a very user friendly website that shows you right where you are in your loan and have great features that my previous company didn’t like a spot to pay additional principal only which I really like having. Thanks for everything Jeff and everyone at Caliber!

  My husband and I worked with Ty Olsen and Gary throughout our entire home buying process. Not only were they professional and always available during that time, they still are just a phone call away whenever I have a question. If Ty wasn't sure of the answer at the moment, he always got back to me promptly and was happy to help. They made the daunting process of buying a home a breeze, especially for first time buyers!
