  I had the pleasure of working with Taylor Miller and Raeann Mirshemirani on a refinance for my home. This was an excellent experience and I would highly suggest to anyone who is looking to do a refinance or a home loan to go through them. It was quick and easy. We actually finished the loan early. They let you know where you are at in the loan process every week, with phone calls and emails .

  I'm coming from the Title and Escrow side of your real estate transaction. With 20+ years in the business I've seen plenty come and go. I think I can pick out the genuine pro's at this stage. Taylor is definitely a pro at what he does. It's been exciting to watch his customers benefit greatly from the loans he can do. He's a mortgage broker so he has access to several different lenders to fit the needs of individual borrowers. Be it rate reduction, term reduction, debt consolidation, cash out for a remodel, or just getting out from under the cost of mortgage insurance, he'll find the right loan and terms to fit the need.
