  I just spoke with the most condescending individual. Will not be working with this branch again. Now I’m out of a credit card for 10 days because she didn’t confirm with me before canceling. And telling me how i should now deal with my finances because of her mistake? Not cool.

  Please fix your ATMs! Depositing cash into the ATM has taken up to 10 attempts at one time because for some reason the ATM fails to read the bills or something. All the bills are faced the correct way and free of folds however it spits the money right back out and after reinserting the bills multiple more times it finally accepts them. The far end ATM doesn't even recognize my debit card anymore so I use the other ATM but neither machine has ever accepted my cash first second or even third try.

  Worst customer service experience of my life. Trying to sell my truck and needed the title released to the branch. The assistant manager told me it would be sent out and be in the next day by 1. Called the call center the next day and asked if it had been sent they said it was put in lastnight and should be 2 days, that's not what the assistant manager told me Though. Went to the bank and the teller said it they don't get deliveries on Saturday. Talked to the assistant manager and he said they do get deliveries on Saturdays but that it was ordered too late even though he told me it was ordered early enough the day before. He then told me that if I had asked him to request it then it would have been there. Though I told him the day prior that I need it now and that even waiting 1 day might be too long. He told me it would be in. Why would I ask him again to have it sent if I already asked him to have it sent and he told me it's been sent. Unbelievable. Infuriating.

  Other than the fact that this bank is crooked, I’ve had nothing but issues with this bank and this location too. In general my review is for the bank but just know that this location doesn’t have it together either. For years we’ve used this bank after leaving Cyprus CU for sneaking in BS fees and trying to nickel and dime us. Fast forward and so is America first, for everything from car loans to overdraft fees and credit cards. You know when buying a car to look out for extra costs but this bank just throws them in without any consideration. Avoid this bank at all costs, seriously.

  The loan agent was not very helpful, way to busy for there own good. Some people cannot handle the stress of working with people. I've been a member since I was in high school and have never been treated the way I was with this branch. I will never do business at this particular branch.

  This is the worst bank I have ever been to. I have a customer that pays me by check, and everytime I go the branch on Herritage in Layton i have to jump through hoops to cash my check. Everytime it's something different. Today i gave them my state issued ID and the teller asked me if I had a Drivers license. HELLO. It's a state id. What is the difference. I think it's my skin color that is the issue

  I have banked with America First Credit Union for 20 years. This branch has always ran very unprofessional. Just over the last two weeks we went in and "signed in" at the desk. Waited 15 minutes, finally went to the counter where the teller told us she would find someone. Finally after about 10 minutes of no one acknowledging me, I left. Went to a different branch. Friday my debit card number was used fraudulent on a website. Called immediately and reported it, they canceled the card, told me I needed to fill out a dispute form. I did that and took it immediately to this branch. Went to the teller. He told me he would get it in right away. Now 4 days later. My account is in the negative. The form I took into this branch was still sitting in the branch. It was never forwarded onto the dispute department. So disappointed with the service I didn't get at this branch. Never again will I go there.

  I would like to say something different but for me is the worst Bank . My daughter traveled to Europe two weeks ago. They gave us a card that she cannot used because it never worked for her. I am very disappointed because they never did something that she can used the card. I came to this branch because the person that was helping us said the manager is going to help you because I have a class. I came the manager said “I have a phone call”, another lady helped me and the supposed manager wasn’t in the important call and never did nothing at all. The lady did nothing also I was here for three hours and nobody did anything. It was the last day for my daughter in Paris and she could not buy any souvenirs because the Smart people that worked in that Beautiful branch inside didn’t do ANYTHING for her. This is not be the end of this matter. I can’t believe people that went to school, college and know technology now couldn’t do anything in this case. My daughter was very frustrated and is traumatized because she couldn’t use the Beautiful card that they gave to her and didn’t work. Do you need technology lessons to know what to do? If you just let go to this problem I will continue doing something because is nos fair only because the Smart people couldn’t do anything. I don’t have any account with you people that didn’t do anything for my daughter is my husbands account and I hope you can help with my daughter traumatized and frustration that she has in Paris. She always said to me : Mammy is the chip that doesn’t work. “ She is 14 years old and is in 9th grade and the Smart people in the bank said : THE CARD IS OK and finally with one call to another branch tell me is the Chip, thanks for all the bad things that you did to my daughter ‘s trip in Paris . I appreciate it.

  We have been working with a loan officer for a loan and had all our documents out of the Layton heritage park branch. We were strung out for about 6 weeks and had multiple calls and given the run around for all this time only to find out that they gave us an excuse that could've been uncovered within one week. The assistant manager was helpful and quickly resolved the issue and we're able to put the problem to rest within 2 days. There is a gross void in communication and frankly highly disappointed in the process.

  Went to install some money into my account and she told be that there was a limit. I took out the cash over the limit and sent it back into the teller. She sent the tube back out and no response from the teller at all. Kind of rude for no thank you for coming in today at all. Not very friendly what so ever.
