  The Josh Lyon team at Velocity lending came highly recommended to us for our refinance, and it did not take long to learn why. Not only did they get us a rate that was significantly lower than what our current mortgage company offered us, but they made the entire process seamless, and stressless!   The Josh Lyon team at Velocity are ROCK STARS! They are always on top of their communication and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Even on weekends they always have someone on call, which is huge especially in this fast paced market! Highly recommend!

  We highly recommend Josh and his team. Our loan closed in November ‘21. Josh covered all the options available for us at our initial meeting. Given they are a broker and can work with many different loan companies there were a lot of options available that we didn’t know about beforehand. Everything was completely streamlined with the portal for providing needed documents. We could (and did) call the office with questions and the phone was always promptly answered as were our questions. That’s a bonus in today’s world. The entire loan process was easy, uncomplicated and we had no surprises. We have recommended Josh and Velocity Lending to others and will continue to do so. Harry and Connie Hunter

  Being a first time home buyer I was SUPER nervous about the entire process but Josh and his team made everything painless. Was even able to get our loan approved in record time so we had a place to live when we moved. I also want to mention that EVERYTHING was done virtually as I was in Florida for the entire buying process. Highly recommend!

  I could tell that folks over at Velocity Lending take pride in what they do. They came highly recommended and they only exceeded my expectations. There was no unanswered question or call. As a first time homebuyer, they were right there with me every step of the way. Dakota was always patient even when answering questions about hypothetical scenarios I'd draw up in my mind.
