  Greg and his team are the absolute best. Our Realtor Christian Garcia with Sears Real Estate was able to get us in touch with Greg and we are so happy he did. Greg takes the time to listen to your concerns and during our home buying process he was attentive and always willing to explain the details behind everything. As a first time home buyer we put all of our trust in Greg and his team and we were definitely not let down! No surprises, no confusion, and communication was non stop which was a huge plus.   My husband and I met with Greg from Guild Mortgage because we were in the middle of purchasing a home. Our realtors introduced us to Greg while we were on vacation and out of town. Greg was incredible on how he communicated to us and helped us walk through the paperwork that was required to purchase our home. He helped us so much by answering all of our questions.   I cannot possibly thank Greg enough for taking on my nearly-impossible case to secure a mortgage. He ended up going way above and beyond his role as mortgage broker, doing research on many related-but-not-his-job-description topics, to help me facilitate the process. I did not have a realtor or an accountant involved in this transaction. When I got to my title company to sign, they commented that my mortgage broker was a super star and that non-realtor transactions NEVER go as smoothly as this one did. I couldn't agree more. Greg is a super star. His determination to get me into my home was equal to my own.   I can not express enough how amazing and thorough Greg is!! We were so lucky to have been referred to him during this crazy time.. house hunting! Even though he was helping us while we were 14 hours away.. I feel Greg paid us the same attention as someone who was seeking locally! Always returned a call.. email.. text.. in good time!   It was an honor working with Greg...He was attentive to our needs and answered our many questions, he is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. I will say that it was primarily my husband that worked directly with Greg because I was pregnant with our son and I ended up going into preterm labor. The week I spent giving birth, Greg and my husband worked so hard on finalizing paperwork to ensure we were getting our first home. Here we are, a year later, and couldn't be happier with the support and grateful for our home!   Where do I ever start!? Greg has been an amazing loan officer from day one! We spent hours on the phone figuring numbers and getting us all squared away so we could find out dream home. When we did, he made the process so easy and (dare I say) fun! Buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you ever do, and I feel like Greg went above and beyond to take that stress away. He tweaked numbers with me far longer than anyone should have to so we could get the right loan and a great interest rate. I'm thrilled he was our banker and I'm happy we made a new friend. Who can say they became friends with their mortgage banker?! We can!

  Greg smoothly handled the refinance of our daughter's home, and it could not have been a better experience! From beginning to end everything was clear and smooth.
