  Kelly went above and beyond throughout the entire loan process and truly cares about her clients. She made herself available at ALL times of the day/evening around my hectic schedule and helped to ensure we had a smooth and easy going process, putting out fires anytime they arose. Something unique that worked out very well for us, is that she has an excellent relationship with our home builder, Clayton Homes, which really helped to ensure we all stayed on the same page throughout the building and closing process. I genuinely do not have any negative feedback regarding Kelly or the services provided by Guild Mortgage and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
