  This place is wonderful! I have felt so cared for and been treated so well. The staff(especially Shannon and Royce) have been so helpful for myself and my business. These folks also were able to get us a PPP loan during the height of the pandemic that kept my workers safe through the worst unknown part despite my short relationship with them and they have assisted in the difficult paperwork involved and kept everything on track.Would highly recommend PWCB to anyone looking for personal and caring bank service!

  This is confidential, we are going on at least 12 years with PWCB. Terrific service including candy bribery with smiles and efficiency. I like their pens. Excellent COVID management. Nice rock weights handy for windy Windsor days at the drive through! Keep this confidential so the lines stay convenient!!

  These guys are fantastic! We are a local business - We were looking to switch away from one of the big banks because of the fact that they seem to care more about the bottom line than their customers. We heard good things about Points West and decided to go with them - And they have been excellent! We are thrilled with our decision! Definitely recommend!

  Love the staff here! Would recommend to anyone, and it is worth the drive from Ft Collins for me. The staff is super helpful and knows me by name when I go in. Never had a bad experience. I have been banking here for about ten years now. I am treated with respect every time I come in. I have cashed savings bonds here in the past and they have always been super helpful and willing to help me out no matter how long it takes!

  Customer service has always been number one here! I love all the people who work here and wouldn't think of banking anywhere else! I love that this is a small town bank with a small town feel but with all of the services of the big banks. You will never get an automated system when you call asking you to press 1 for this and 2 for that. Won't ever bank anywhere else:)

  I am all about hometown banks. After having moved here, we were excited to open an account at points west. I should have turned around and walked right out from the moment I walked in. I was completely shock by the poor customer service this bank provided even from the minute I was greeted. Not to mention the way they made both of us feel while opening the account, but I typically try to give everyone a fair chance so we stayed. Throughout that week I had been notified about all the mistakes that were made on the account and they asked us to come re-sign the signature card 3 separate times, I was appalled. Obviously we switched banks and when I wanted to close the account they wanted to charge me a FEE! Wow terrible service with this 'local' bank. More like a local Wells Fargo. If you want the local bank service and small town feel, this is not the place to go.
