  Just want to say a great place been doing business with value pawn & jewelry for several years wouldn’t go anywhere else, Great customer service and they help me in anyway they can, I always get great deals on merchandise I couldn’t ask for anything else. I also want to give a big thanks to Alexis great customer service,great guy an value pawn is very lucky to have him an I will do business with them for as long as I live an have things to sell an pawn.

  Went in today, to borrow $50 on $300 worth of new tools, and they tried to offer me $25 as a set. This is where the scam part begins.. I already have 1 drill in there, that I paid $100 for in the same condition, but then they try to offer me $25 for a saw and a drill in the same condition, and the same brand. Josh Lawrence is the scam artist that I dealt with, and the rest were laughing and being unprofessional about the entire thing, especially the little fake black Barbie with her whole check in hair weave in her head. PLEASE STAW AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... If I could've given zero stars I would've. All the 5 star reviews, are definitely fake accounts by them, or paid ppl. Luckily for me though, I went to family pawn in taveres and got what I asked for NO QUESTIONS ASKED.. I miss the old crew, the new bums will definitely have them closing down soon, and I'm sure a lot of ppl will be happy. Btw I called corporate on them as well, if you need assistance with that feel free to contact me. I will be beyond glad to help close this dump down for good.....

  i have been going to the value pawn in Leesburg for years and i met a awesome guy named Gary that works there and he always goes above and beyond to help the customers and try’s to get them the most money for there stuff that he can and he is very good at his job and is very friendly and helpful and the best around in my opinion and i only deal with Gary unless he is busy helping someone else or doing something and you could not ask for a better guy to help you out than Gary

  Offered me 65 dollars on a 2 year old 55 inch TV. That little manager dude has issues. It's like he gets a rush out of screwing people over. I'd rather be broke than a joke. I will never do business with that moron again. What a condescending little man.
