  As a Certified Google Local Guide I usually comment on restaurants. I break with that tradition with my excellent experience at this bank and with the professionalism of the Financial Center Manager, Officer, Alejandra Morris. She was adept at handling the small que of customers and especially my need for a quick bank transfer.

  This branch is full of friendly staff and always provides great service when we are there. Their security standards are top notch as they will call whenever we write a large check to ensure that we truly initiated that check before it's cashed.

  WE ARE LEAVING BANK OF AMERICA Due to a long history of poor service, diminishing services, diminishing bank hours, discontinued drive-up services, increased costs and failed leadership from the top, we will be leaving Bank of America soon. Because the leadership is so afraid of requiring their employees to get vaccinated, we have been at the receiving end of the resulting chaos with unpredictable bank closures and unreliable service. I would like to remind the leadership that all this is now preventable due to our national vaccine program, all you have to do is to follow the science and make smart business choices, not timid and fearful ones. To have to drive to another town to make a deposit is a deal-breaker for us, after all these years of chronic frustrations with Bank of America. Our businesses will be giving our business to a competitor who is close by, has an open lobby, an open drive-up service, reliable night-drop services, regular hours and actual staff in the lobby who are available to provide banking services. We wish you the best of luck in improving your leadership, practices and policies, or the consideration that your customers come first, not last. Unfortunately we have had enough after fifteen years.

  I'm a long time customer of BoA but this branch is non-responsive. At least answer the phone !!! Walk in customers get blank stares from "office dwellers" while the teller (usually only 1) is trying the best they can.

  The hours of operation do not work for working people. The wait to speak to someone is horrible. They charge $10 for a cashier's check where as to other banks offer them free of charge as long as you have a open account. They do offer notary services but have huge waiting times and gaps to get that done so good luck with that. They run your credit, even if they dont think you will qualify for a credit card. Putting hard inquiries on your credit report. The best part of banking here is the actual employees are very nice and friendly.

  While it is true that the branch needs more customer service tellers, the tellers are very personable and professional. They will do what is allowed by Bank of America’s regulations. if you’re in a rush to go anywhere, you will have to wait your turn. For example, Hospitals, clinics, food stores, clothing stores and the like. If nothing else be kind.

  The tellers, staff, and management are inconsistent with the rules which results in the customers suddenly being unable to do something, like deposit a check, because they got a different teller than they had during previous visits. The staff will assure you one thing and then the teller, months later, says they were wrong and that the staff was wrong.

  This bank is a joke. That’s why my bank is Wells Fargo. They are by far the best bank. They have no drive thru to start plus they have some of the stupidest policies. Horrible bank that’s why I wouldn’t want to have any of my accounts here.

  People answer the phone. Most horrible bank people run from this bank we was trying to talk to anybody at this location calling 2 hours no stop no body pick up the phone

  They closed down all branches near me. Now I have to make a 50 mile round trip just to use a drive through. I will find another bank before I do that much more.
