T A (Monkey)1Since the banks of BB&T and Suntrust have merged, they have to the worst bank. To make any transactions at the drive through you have to tell them in the LOAD SPEAKER what you transaction you are performing. Extremely dangerous to answer your security question OUT LOAD and also request money in any amount over 500.00 since that is ATM limit. Someone is is going to get robbed yelling the amount of withdrawal and its going to be the banks fault.

Ray Simpson5It's a shame that they are under staffed. Very courteous and helpful while they are doing transactions. You just have to have patience.

Alanis Teets1Every time I have to go to the bank and do something important, nobody is able to do it. They say their systems are down or that they don’t have access. I worked with bank tellers at Citizens and they can do everything without a hesitation. I wonder why this Suntrust doesn’t have access to things like a normal bank should.

Jacob Robinson1Horrible customer service. After many years with Suntrust I am closing my account!!

Geo Kroes1Extremely bad customer service the teller Mrs Simmons was very rude No customer service skills at all. I have been with Suntrust for over 30 years and I have never have been treated that bad in any establishment. Long lines disorganized place and did not even look clean. What a difference compare the great service always willing to help in Hickory Flat Georgia I hope they get their act together is to bad. Almost closed my bank account but you can not judge good apples with a bad one only.

Dennis Beasley1I would like to thank Ms. Swearingen and her staff for inviting me NOT to be a customer. The young lady who waited on me 'waited' until the last minute to inform me of the usurious charge of SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($7.50!) to collect on an instrument issued to me by one of their customers. I have now added Sun Trust Bank as a company (to Wells Fargo) from whom I will not accept any fiduciary instruments. The problem with this review is: It will neither be read, nor responded to. They just don't care!

Alicia Kidder1Absolutely the worst bank have ever dealt with. Took multiple days of calling over and over to get someone on the phone and I wouldn't think of going in to sit for hours to speak with someone again. Absolutely ridiculous then I'm told nobody called me back because the manager is maternity leave, now in my opinion if when you call and nobody answers you get sent to a default voicemail that everyone gets sent to after some brief hold music as a business I think somebody should be checking those messages daily.

Kevin Douthett1Opened an account with no questions. 3 days later after I deposited all my money into the account, they decided to close the account without any reason given. Couldn't get my money. Told it would be mailed in 7 to 10 days. Had to live on zero dollars for 12 days before I got my money back. It was like theft of my money and manager wouldn't do a thing about it. "It is policy and that is how it's done." The hell with policy, making someone try to live without any money.

Trish N Jerry Barnette1Don't even have words to share how bad our experience was with this bank. To many to even begin. Switched to Censtate and such a difference. The warm southern hospitality mixed with high standards and professionalism are so welcomed. Loving the experience at Centerstate.
