      I visit the Leesburg location to research a transaction regarding my checking account. The staff looked as if it was time to close not very attentive. I had to ask if I had to sign in to get service . Following that lack of customer service someone can from behind the front counter to help. Although I tried to explain my situation she was very unfriendly and to my surprise very rude. She wouldn’t even let me tell her my first name before telling me she couldn’t help me. She didn’t even look up my account I also had a copy of the transaction that she didn’t care to see. I told her my wife also worked in banking to light up the negative energy in the air. She wanted to let me know that my wife couldn’t help me .I asked for her name and corporate number. She was proud to say I’m the branch manager. I was like wow I probably wouldn’t remembered her name but thanks for putting a tag on it. Would have probably rated a zero but no option. Needless to say after almost twenty years will be looking to do business elsewhere in the future.

      Took 3 full weeks to process a boat loan, only reason it got done is because I went up there unannounced and had to push to get it done.

      Well wow is all I can say. my daughter and I came to the bank to deposit more then I felt comfortable sending through a drive through and the line was out to the road. We rang the bell and were greeted with a very irritated older lady who told us app only and shut the door while I was still talking. By the 3 stars review i see other ppl have issues also. Instead of depositing money i will withdraw all my money and leave 5 bucks in it so it has the bare minimum to stay open and find another bank that can be more polite and hospitable. Thankyou.       They take longer to deposit my checks than it takes to pick up the paper check from work. They changed the entire system and are now withholding money that is rightfully mine. They also changed all of my account numbers with the system change but failed to notify me of the number change..or what the new account numbers even are. I've waited over 30 minutes on hold twice now just to hang up because I, like every normal person, have responsibilities and can't be on hold all day. When I finally did get a person, they informed me they couldn't help me without my debit card number since I "didn't know" my account number, my wife had my debit card. I've posted concerns on a local Facebook page and was told I was lying and was treated very poorly by what is the local branches VP here in Leesburg, Fl...and yes I have screen shots that I sent to cooperate and never received a response. This is by far the worst financial institution I have ever banked with and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. In fact I'd tell them to bank anywhere but here.

      need help very severely at your drivethru.i could not believe what I saw in the drivethru.i went there 4:30got to window at about 5 . Why was there only one teller waiting on all lines. Banks usually put up tape behind cars ALREADY THERE before closing,but these cars that were there for half hour,a bank employee came out and told them they had to leave.VERY TACTLESS AND UNPROFESSION AL. What if somebody was out of gas and had no money OPEN THEM DAMN LOBBIES BACK UP

      Worst customer service I’ve ever seen on a consistent basis. They can’t get anything right the first time. Two different tellers on the same day will tell me two different bank balances. I even received sensitive financial information by email from them that belonged to another customer: the address of their current home and the one they are buying as well as account information, DOB, first and last name... I am on my way up to close my account today. Good ridden way to this awful place!

      Spoke with a Nicole customer service had very nasty attitude and i called her out on it . I called just about 4:58pm. Made me want to pull my money out there bank. Get better people in that place that like their job. She was very unprofessional with me on the phone. Nasty Attitude just Nasty Attitude.

      This branch is pretty terrible too. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and when I got to the front, I was not even acknowledged until the teller finished waiting on the customer at the window AND THE CAR BEHIND THEM. Eventually pressed the call button to actually get service. Closing my account today.

      This review is not about the Leesburg Branch , but about the main office because this bank is in dire need of experience banking executives. My story is when this bank put fraud block on my credit card and never told me. It is a little embarrassing when try to use credit card and it gets to decline and tried calling to straighten it out they told me it would 58 minutes before i could talk to someone. Anybody with some banking knowledge should apply for a position with this badly run bank , they need HELP!

      Worst credit union I have seen yet! I have bought multiple things trucks cars houses from other places after I tried through insight. The only transactions was the $30 they charge you every time you try to get a loan. I have done that for the last time! What a joke!
