  Tried to pick up merchandise today. Apparently the only person who could log into the computer called out. So now I have to return another day to get my purchase. A suggestion would be to have a backup person who can operate a computer. Or give your manager access to the system. Thank you for the waste of my time

  Garbage items and customer service, very rude. The 5 star review must be from staff. Liars and over priced, ended up purchasing same item brand new at store with warranty. Honest review is -5, google does not allow me to give the negative review that they deserve. Joseph the manager should be fired, no customer service very rude, saw me standing in line at counter in front of him and said no word, another employee had to apologize and assist.

  The staff at this store are very kind and were very quick to help me. I got a great deal on a tv for my nephew. I will definitely be returning!

  This place will rip you off at every chance. I was 1 day late on a layaway they put my things back out and sold them. I would not recommend them for anything. Businesses thrive on customer service goes to show why they have less than a 2 star rating.

  One of the best pawn shops I have been too! I was looking for a nice little guitar amp I can practice and travel with an they had an excellent selection with all of the best brands. They let me pick a guitar off the wall and gave me a cable to let me do my thing and test every one. We worked out a deal on the price and I was more than satisfied! Even beat the best current Ebay prices of the same amp! I find these other comments hard to believe. The staff was not only attentive and polite, but I had two different people assisting me. The store was clean and all of the merchandise was in nice condition. The other comment I read was their prices were slightly below retail? That's totally false. I was choosing between a Line 6 amp or a Fender Mustang and both were priced around $20 below current Ebay prices on (used amps). They were priced exactly 50% below retail of new! Then I got another $15 knocked off of that by just politely asking if they could do any better. They also told me I had I think 30days to return if I found any issues with it or didn't like it for any reason. Never got that offer from a pawn shop before. Maybe some of these other people had a bad attitude when they went in or something. I had a great experience and plan on going back often!

  First time I pawned something here, a tall man told me he would see me in 5 months. Guess he was judging me as a loser. I've always got my stuff back, and they treat loyal customers like garbage. I've spent at least $800.00-$1,500.00, on my loans, and getting my stuff out of pawn, they don't care. Customer Service means nothing here. Do yourself a favor. Go to La Costa in Melbourne, on Wickham, or Cash America a few doors down from this place. Customer service is better! You will feel they appreciate loyal customers! Also they wouldn't let me Pawn A tablet, that the places listed above did! They have a power Trip problem.
