  Girls there where super helpful! I came in to see if I could get a loan and while waiting they had some real nasty rude customers yelling at them for the wait (witch wasn’t even that long like maybe 5-10?) they where severally understaffed but the few girls working had everything moving smoothly and where super nice regardless of the adult babies throwing a tantrum in the lobby cause they weren’t being hand fed like royalty. All very helpful and kind, quick to help you find what you need as you walk in, friendly with all guests and where helpful on helping find my next move with my plans!

  The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Was able to get my concerns resolved and obtained information I needed. Must admit that I miss Delva, she was awesome, she knew both me and my husband by name. The new staff is not as attentive, but still helpful.

  Tsedale McCalla is fantastic! So nice & helpful each time I have come into the branch. I use Launch as an associate bank b/c my C U is in Atlanta. She has gone beyond with her customer service. I highly recommend you stop in

  I love this branch everyone is very nice to me. I had personal loans multiple times,got rewards credit card I earn points and save money this way too. Special thanks to Delva who helps me to achieve my financial goals.I refinanced my auto loan it lowered my monthly payments and gave me $200. This branch's manager Kristen Grow is very professional.I appreciate her a lot.

  I've been banking with this credit union for 20 years and they've always been very good at customer service. No hidden fees and loan officers you can actually speak to in person. The manager(s) have changed over the years but they all have been very professional and easy to talk to. You don't feel like just another number.

  The teller (Delva) was extremely helpful discussing my loan options when I explained my situation for getting the loan. She was patient with my questions and concerns that I had and was able to answer them without any issues. I appreciate the service that I get here and the lower APR rates that I would never get anywhere else. Thanks Launch!

  This Launch office is always extremely professional, helpful and friendly when l stop in. It's a pleasure to walk through the doors, be greeted like an old friend and have the staff ready to help in any way possible. Not to denigrate the large banks, but doing business with Launch Credit Union is an entirely different and better experience. Thank you Launch!
