I had a terrible experience with Bank of America especially at that location! The bank manager had no customer service skills and all he could say when I was explaining my issues was “Yep, Ok, Ok…” Bad attitude and absolutely no eagerness to help!!! My check hasn’t cleared for over 2 weeks and they have no idea why and wouldn’t even help. Very disappointed with their customer service. I am withdrawing my money and closing my account today! Do not use Bank of America they are really bad!!!!

That picture is a Saturday afternoon. The sign says we have to use the drive thru. That lady has been waiting for more than 15 minutes standing there because she doesn't have a car. If you're going to close the actual location, at least walk out with some lawn chairs for clients that have to stand around all day. I know it's Saturday and some kind of gas leak or something might force the drive thru to be used. But have a little respect for the people standing in the drive thru in between cars.

One teller on a Friday...Come on.... Ridiculous....Very very slow. Service could be alot better. Stop asking people if they want to open an account. And take care of the long lines

Drive thru and inside closed. What happen to the small courtesy to put a sign that they are closed. That doesnt cost a thing. So unprofessional 😞. No consideration for our seniors. While the one on malabar rd, with one teller and drive thru close. Just glad to know there are other bank options.

      Response from the owner

Consistently terrible experience at this branch of Bank of America. Never enough tellers, lobby packed, lines long. This has been the situation with every visit I have made for past 6 months. No other options for branches in my area since they have closed most of the other branches.

      Response from the owner

I don't bank with Bank of America but unfortunately I'm forced to deal with them once a month to make it deposit in Brevard County it seems like they've closed almost all their branches only leaving three of them partly open in Palm Bay and Melbourne last month waited over an hour to make a deposit I've now been waiting over an hour today to make a deposit still five people ahead of me. I don't know how their customers deal with this I was in and out of space Coast credit Union in 5 minutes this morning

Terrible service. They're constantly closing the drive-through forcing people to come inside if they are open. In the middle of a pandemic, this seems ridiculous. Open the drive-thru for heaven's sake so that some of us that are immune compromised can cash a check.

      Response from the owner

Do not recommend Bank Of America to ANYONE. They are all crooks. The staff is rude. Cannot wait to sue this agency again like we did in 08. Still taking advantage of the little man

Horrible. Bank of America by closing every other bank on the space coast “temporarily” has funneled all of Palm Bay and Melbourne to one bank open 3 hours in a Saturday. Get ready to wait an hour at the drive through or two hours in the lobby. Better service at third world country banks. Disgrace

I truly wish I could give less than one star I've never had a good experience with Bank of America in the last ten years after standing in line for 10 minutes to wait for a teller I was told that the cashier's check I had from Bank of America could not be cashed because it exceeds their limits. what is the point of a cashier's check if the bank you got it from won't even cash it. I was told by the tell her to talk to the manager who greeted me upon arrival and asked if there's anything they could help me with but there was nothing she could do for me and could care less about the situation.
