Heiko Killinger1I work for a car dealership, and I must wait on average 45 minutes to get a Payoff quote. I hear "your call is very important to us" over 60 times. What a joke! Then they tell me they want the customer here to verify that I am literally PAYING OFF THEIR CAR LOAN. This is the only bank out of 20 that do this to us. Maybe one day they will understand how to help customers.

V Lopez1In a nutshell, the account servicers all have a different understanding of policies and procedures, place unauthorized services on accounts, do not follow account holders' instructions, and overlook their customer's needs. The tellers are discourteous, and the account reps, especially Christopher Hughes, are lazy and have no sound financial advice to offer.

Paul Graham1I called. Asked a very specific question regarding cashing a savings bond with all of the pertinent information. I was told I would be able to cash it at this location without being a member. I arrived and waited in line. When I got to the teller she immediately dismissed me. I was told that I could cash it by one of their representatives, but THIS teller told me, without even researching her response, that no I couldn't cash it I was lied to and had to leave. No thank you. I will definitely never get an account through them now.

Long B4I think that this Credit Union is much friendlier than Space Coast Credit Union. No matter what they are trying to work with their customers on a personal or a business level. Fast and uncomplicated loans, direct deposit from your phone. They have improved their drive thru times tremendously. I would give them 5 stars at this branch but as we all know there is always room for improvement. I always recommend them to others.

Katie Lambert1Your chances of getting factual information when speaking with a representative is slim to none; consistent information is rare. The manager of this branch is rude, and has shut and locked the door in my face when I arrived exactly one minute prior to closing. Getting your money can also be complicated as there have been multiple times the ATM is completely out of order! Overall 1/5, horrible bank, stick with Space Coast Credit Union!

Loida DeJesus1I visited the branch with a friend early in the morning. My friend wanted to open an account. The branch was empty. Upon entering the tellers were speaking amongst themselves and never greeted us. It was my friends first time visit as well. No one advised that we needed to sign in. After we saw a few people doing something at a kiosk we figured we needed to sign in. No one offered assistance. We finally were called in and the person that took care of us was rude and seemed bothered. I will never step foot in there again!
