  Loving this layaway thing they do. I can’t just drop a few hundred bucks on a gun at one time. Awesome I can make payments when I have the extra cash to do so. Will be doing my firearm purchases with them from now on

  By far the best pawn shop around at least in this area without question. Always willing to look more into instruments and see the quality and adjust the price accordingly. Never going to any other pawn shop especially when it comes to guitars and such.

  Went to look at rims for my truck spent 30 to 45 minutes in store they were busy so looked around. Waited at counter multiple times was even considering a purchase of a firearm . I made eye contact a few times but they preceded to ask every gentleman around me if they had been helped. Totally ignored asking me. I had cash in pocket but they chose to deal with the men that were trying to trade and deal. I left and will not return.

  Im the owner and that is not normal operating procedure . Im not sure what day you came in but recently we had alot of turnover and we are training some new people . I hope you give us another chance , We want all our customers to be satisfied . Im very sorry that your experience was negative and would appreciate trying to come in again .   I have come to this pawn shop more than once now. I’ve bought 2 smart TVs that were in mint condition and still work perfect along with a laptop that’s perfect for my college classes. All name brand items that I got for a killer deal.

  They will insult you and criticize And question your opinion. They give lowball offer a new meaning The manager went out of his way to try and offend me and yelled like a female dog A grown man. Going out of his way to make a scene Because i didn't want to do business with him Trash service Worst experience Ive had in a pawn shop I dont recommend spending your time of day or money there.

  Went in, just before they closed to get a computer monitor as mine had become useless just at the wrong moment. The staff at Blue Diamond was extremely helpful and got me back in business at a very reasonable cost. I can't wait to shop there again and thanks for the GREAT service !

  I called and asked if they take Dryers, they said yes we do and asked me to bring it in. I brought the Dryer in and they offer me $11.00 because they had no outlet to plug it into in order to see it work. They assumed that I would bring a generator with me to show them it worked. I have never heard of nothing like this in my life, they work hard to try ripping people off. I guess they assume everyone that walks into their store is smoking crack or something. All I'm saying is, why tell me to bring it in, if you have no outlet to see if the dam thing works in the first place??!!

  Great products with even better prices! Blue Diamond is an awesome place to shop. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely my go-to pawn shop!

  The best pawn shop experience, or any customer service experience altogether that I've ever had. One of the employees even came into my job, not in uniform but I recognized him(dunkin donuts) the day before Christmas and asked could he pay for 20$ extra for any other unknown customer just to say Merry Christmas

  This place is a joke! I have dealt with pawn shops in the past from time to time and know how things roll especially coming from owners and brokers who are up front and honest! The experience I had here was so flakey I just laughed in his face. I don't know who in the hell he thought I was but, I was not buying into the bull-crap he was telling me. I know better! So, not that I needed it really but, I was trying to do something that I could have waited for this morning to do. I went in to borrow some money, I gave him an item I know is worth getting me up to five hundred because I have done it before, but, I asked for three instead. Like I said, I don't know who he thought he was selling this crap out of his mouth to but, I sure ain't the one! The first thing he said was that if I sold it he would give me top dollar for it. See now, I already have a problem here. I know you heard me when I said...pawn and how much so why in the hell would you fix your mouth to question me about selling it. What, you want to repurpose my diamonds with fake makeshift ones? That's the first thing that came to mind and I believe that is how this dude and his crew roll. Ah, really dude? I'm not selling just pawning. Then he offered me fifty dollars, who do you think I am? Joe sausage heads sister or someone? I laughed right in his face, then he said he'll give me one twenty five. I told him hand me my item back. Then he asked what would I take, ah, I told you three. He then said if I give him some more collateral he might give me two. You can't fast talk me into believing that you're helping me out in form or fashion. How are you negotiating with me instead of giving me what I'm asking for? Get the hell out my face. I know a con when he speaks! And you are one of them. You defiantly got me twisted with some of these people you been getting over on but little man, I ain't the one. I don 't know how long you have been in business and who you're dealings are with, but, I don't need your low balling, non-dealing butt. I wouldn't bring you my spit bowl because it holds more than what you give. He gave the women in front of me eighteen dollars for her bridle set because she sold it. Wow! How cheap are you really? Well, maybe if you drink a lot, pop pills a lot, or some other sort of crutch you can't break, you come here to pawn to get your fix on but, I don't fall under any of those categories, (Thank God). People, if you really want to make a pawn with honest people, go somewhere else! Those who posted that it's the best place is totally wrong. They must be part owners/employee or something. Hey, just maybe they are the ones that allowed that man to put those cars and rims out front for catching your eye which leads you to believe that this is the best pawn shop. IT'S NOT THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST NOR FAIR!
