  Worked w/ Valerie Lujan, I defined the specifics of the type of loan i needed. Product I needed was not typical so she had to research and provide me options. In the end she identified 3 lenders and options and we settled on the one that fit best. She kept fully notified through out the complete process and always available. Valerie is the a true professional, glad to work with her again.

  Well, what can I say? If you are looking for some one who is able to re-fi a property or do an original loan for a property, you will NOT find any Frederick C Brigham sr body better!!! Valerie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. She keeps you appraised of the status of your loan and answers any questions promptly. She is working for YOU! She knows the inside and out of the whole process, from new purchases to refinancing, from application techniques for tough cases, document collection/loan processing, underwriting through to funding. Her expertise with each step means you will get approved faster, processed faster and ultimately funded as quickly as possible. She is also extremely honest, almost to a fault, and will make sure you don't waste your or her time in scenarios where your expectations could be unrealistic. I'd use her any time for my family's properties.
