  TL, DR version. STAY AWAY! Terrible communication! Poor customer service! Lost paperwork!!! Yikes!!!! Very bad! Would not recommend! Let me get straight to the point. This company is the bottom tier for any mortgage loan company. Their customer service is horrendous and incompetence is unbelievable. I started my Refinance in April and closed in November. It took 7 months for a simple Refi which should have only taken weeks. When I first contacted them they were very responsive but after electronically signing the documents they went MIA. (Another review pointed this out too!) Here's where things get bad. I had to send the same documents multiple times because they lost or misplaced them! Where did my documents go? I have no idea and neither do they! That is worrisome. They also had to run my credit multiple times because it took so long. It wrecked my score by over 40 points. Who does this?? They like to blame the problems on each other and no one would step up to the plate to take responsibility to just get it done. They said they would make things right, but that never happened. I had to stay on top of them to make sure things got done. They make BIG promises but never follow through. All in all, be sure to READ what you are saying. Their "little" mistakes can screw things up.

  Don’t ever go this one! My first time to do all this as a first time home buyer. They’re the first one I’ve ever called and inquired about home purchase procedure . And I’ve thought all along I was in good hands, but when we’re ready to offer and start escrow, this company is nowhere to be reached. So unprofessional. NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!

  After a drawn out experience with Citibank that I ultimately had to get out of because they were not able to do what I needed. I reached out to Lennox and Bryan Robidart my salesman and my processor Van Nguyen took such good care of me that my loan closed in a matter of weeks and was pleasurable instead of painful! Thanks Team!!!

  Joseph Medina was my refinance sales associate and did a fine job with responsiveness and thoroughness of the process. It was simple with homemade basic financial information needed and could all be done electronically until time to sign documents for finalizing the loan. They sent a notary to my home to complete the signing and he was outstanding. I was pleased with the interest rate offered and even got a bit of money back at the end of the process. I was able to remove the FHA loan Insurance portion of my previous first loan and my payments were reduced significantly . Hi would recommend Joseph and Lenox Financial for refinancing your lawn.

  I called their toll-free number to get some information about home refinance rates. I went through the steps on the prompt and listened to hold music for about 10 seconds at which point It sent me back to the main menu to listen to my options again. I went through the same steps making the necessary selection to speak to someone that could assist me with home refinance after holding for another 10 seconds the prompt popped up again asking me to press 1 if I was interested in home refinance. Can you guess what happened after I sat on hold for another 10 seconds? Well, let me tell you what happened, I hung up and called another company

  They do a whole lot of advertising and not a lot of service. Applied online and sent in all of my sensitive financial docs only to hear crickets in return. What good is a no closing cost loan if you can't get anyone to help. What a joke.

  Kiley Shank snd Wayne Low were professional and responsive in getting our loan done. They explained everything clearly and concisely, and responded to all our questions expediently. It required effort and timeliness from all of us, and it helped to be able to get info quickly and know exactly what was needed. We called other lenders prior to calling Lenox and felt we got the fastest answers and no runaround or vague promises when we reached Kiley. Happy he got the loan started and that Wayne got our info processed quickly. Appreciate both Kiley and Wayne for getting our loan done.

  They were extremely disorganized in getting together paperwork within their team. They also told my title company 4 days before closing that everything was set and then they never bothered to send my wife and I the CD until it was too late. Knowing that the 3 day deadline was approaching my title company representative, my realestate agent, and my wife were unable to get ahold of anyone at Lenox over the course of 2 days about the loan. When we finally reached our loan officer at Lenox, Aaron Hoisington, he made excuses and said that missing deadlines was common. Basically, they dropped the ball and between the excuses they admitted as much. The seller now has to move their purchase date of their new home so now they are unhappy with us. Go to a name you recognize and trust. Even if they have higher rates I am going to use USAA next time for sure.

  Very poor customer service!!! Took 4 months to close on a simple Refi, then was promised the funds in 3 days after closing. It's been 2 week and they still haven't done what they said they would do. I have been emailing daily and keep getting told we are looking into it. I have emailed the owner as well and doesnt seem to help much. Try your local bank or credit union, you will be ALOT happier in the end!!
