  Nations Direct is the best company i have worked for in my whole 20 plus years in the business. You will not find anyone that cares more than Nations. Customer service is beyond any other lender out there.

  I have been trying to get my taxes paid for over two months. The company acknowledged this was their mistake and they would pay the late fees; instead they took MY money out of my escrow account for their mistake. They also have not adjusted my escrow payment and I have provided them the documentation several times for months. I would NEVER recommend this mortgage company to anyone.

  I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I was granted 100% tax exemption from the Oklahoma County Assessor and provided the mortgage company with said document. They said the document wasn't enough so I didn't call the assessor back just for them to tell me that's all the information I got was all they give. I didn't call the mortgage company explain that to them but then that's the part where it seems like they don't want to help me I've been dealing with this since January of 2021 and it's now almost July.
