  Jennifer was truly amazing to work with! She was patient with me (being a first time home buyer) and explained the process every step of the way and man... does she work fast! I've never worked with someone who was so on top of things, so refreshing!! Lastly, Jennifer is always, I mean always, available when I needed to speak to her, always getting back to me immediately.   Amazing Personality - I recently refinanced with Jennifer. I was working with other person and that person left the company. Jennifer took over and made us very comfortable. She was very helpful all along the way. My wife was in a different country and has to sign going into the consulate there. Jennifer coordinated the effort and it went very smooth. Her response to the email was immediate within minutes even though she was in the west coast and I on the east. She made life easier for us. She was always cheerful and I can sense the smile and laughter whenever I talk to her on the phone. I would definitely recommend her to others.

  Recommended to me by family. She quoted me a rate that my pre-approving loan officer frankly admitted he "couldn't match." Then took me through the loan process efficiently and carefully. Even my realtor, who originally counselled me against switching mortgages during closing, was impressed. I wish more people took this much initiative to please their customers!

  I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to work with Jennifer Chang Galutera. Before we reached out to LoanLock, we had two other lenders who were competing for the best offer. Jennifer’s opening offer to us saved us more than $20k in closing costs, and came with a rate significantly lower than the negotiated rates we had the other lenders. The rate we locked was so fantastic that our title agent was baffled and asked if it was a misprint. After we signed at closing, the title agent reached out to Jennifer to inquire about refinancing her own home. As if all that weren’t enough, Jennifer has wonderful communication skills. She provides a timely response that is straightforward and honest any time we had questions. We feel like we hit the lottery working with Jennifer and LoanLock, with the money we saved at closing and over the life of the loan.   Jennifer Chang with OnY GLO, Inc (Loan Lock) helped us find and close the best deal possible for refinancing our home in November 2018, and again 6 months later in May, 2019, and yet again in November 2019!. Each time Jennifer helped us achieve the best interest rate possible, and zero closing costs to us. I had contacted about 10 different lenders who all said that they could give me the best deal, but none of them could match what Jennifer was able to put together. Jennifer works long hours, early and late in the day, to make sure she stays on top of all aspects of the loan process to get it completed in the quickest time possible.   Jennifer is a great loan officer (best one I have worked with so far indeed). Things are moving very quick and smooth. Along the process, she also sent me updates and explained what would happen next. Working with her is crystal clear and pleasant. No hidden info or lack of communication at all. She's extremely busy, so if you have all your documents ready, you won't have a hard time closing your loan. She could come off rude to some people, but I didn't see it that way. It's a fair game and in order for her to move fast, she has to set her priorities right so please don't be upset about that.
