  I had the best experience working with Utah Mortgage Pros! They helped me get a fantastic rate on my cash out refi and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Everyone was helpful and professional to work with. When it comes to loans and mortgages I feel pretty confused with the lingo and numbers but they helped me through every question and explained each step until I understood and felt comfortable with everything.   I first used the folks at Utah Mortgage Pros for a mortgage a couple years ago, and I enjoyed working with them so much that I’ve used them for a refinance and two more mortgages since. Each loan experience has been great. They have been organized and helped to ensure that my closing timelines have been met, and they have taken out all of the guesswork for me. I know that they always have everything taken care of, and they are always available when I have questions about my loans, general loan processing, etc. They have earned my long-term business, and I look forward to the next time I get to work with them.

  When refinancing my home I found it to be very quick, easy, and it went very smoothly. We were able to lock in at a good rate and it was a good move for us. I’m glad we refinanced with their help. I have no complaints. Would definitely do it again with these guys.

  Nathan and Corey were fantastic to work with. Throughout the whole processes they were in constant contact to let us know the status and what the next steps would be. We were on a tight deadline and they were diligent to keep the process moving forward. There were issues that arose that were out of either parties control and they went the extra mile to work with the builder and the lender to ensure things would work out in the end - and they did. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to finance a new purchase or refinance an existing loan...you won't be disappointed.
