  We were referred to Johnny by a neighbor and used his services to get a mortgage to purchase a home. We interviewed a number of financial professionals and not only was Johnny the most knowledgeable, helpful, transparent, and responsive out of the group, he also had the best mortgage and rates with the lowest fees.   Johnny has done 3 mortgages/refi's for us. Our experience has been fantastic. He took time to explain all the details and even went above and beyond by providing us with extra knowledge about the building process (when he did our new construction loan). I would recommend him to everyone! He takes phenomenal care of his clients. We will never use anyone but Johny with Total Financial Health.

  Our experience with Total Financial Health and Johnny couldn't have been better. We ended up with a terrific rate. We had put applications out for several different companies shopping for the best rate, but Johnny's rate was the best by far. He was very open with all the details of the mortgage and explained some of the deep dark secrets of the mortgage industry. His closing cost deal at the end is what finally sealed the deal - he's just a terrific mortgage broker.

  We were referred to Johnny, and he is now our go-to "money guy". He's helped us with everything from raising our credit to getting us set up for a mortgage, and now we're working on life insurance. We've called him on several occasions to ask advice on the pros and cons of trusts, the benefits of my mother-in-law renting her house and buying another one or selling her house and paying cash for a new one.   We refinanced with Johnny and the experience was awesome!!! He got us the best rate and was able to do whatever was necessary to accomplish getting the loan done.   My wife and I have been useing Johnny Thomas and Total Financial Health, LLC for many years now. We would not be in the great financial situation we are currently in with the advice and dedication that Johnny has given to us over the years. We recently again refinanced and shorten the loan on our home. Johnny was great. Because of our financial situation, we were able to get the rate we were looking for and close all within 7 days. It was unbelieveable. No problems. Johnny knew our finances, knew what we were trying to accomplish by shortening our mortgage, knew of our retirement plans, so he just took care of everything.
