  Been coming here for years. Always great service . Bought so many items here and I always get convinced to add insurance. They made it sound so great and after always adding it today I finally took advantage of my insurance on a speaker box I bought , it turned out to be a Big lie. They said I was lying about the condition I bought the item and therefore it was not covered . Like Really? You guys know me for so long and accuse me of lying. How Unprofessional. And sad, my favorite pawn shop straight did me dirty....

  This place is great, the staff are all so nice and take the time to get me the most cash for my stuff. Shelly is my favorite! She really cares about what she does and always does what she can to help me out! Only pawn shop in Tucson I ever go to :)

  Like coming here for a quick loan Have pawned the same piece of jewelry multiple times without any issues, and the interest is very reasonable if you plan on paying it back with in a month. Everyone I have dealt with behind the counter were curtious and helpful.

  Well let me start off by saying the entire staff at USA PAWN on oracle Alaya, Albert, pam, shelley and Victor are absolutely wonderful do deal with! They always give me fantastic deals when they can and with in reson even though I seem to waste there time quite a bit on not always buying right away but are always cheerful when i see them again. Been a long time customer of that location and will continue to go back! Thank you to the entire staff for making each experience pleasurable!
