  This little gym has helped me out of the gym so many times and have even took an item in from me on pawn although they generally didn't take this particular type of item Ean in good faith still helped me out. He said they were simply loaning me the money but had no interest in trying to sell it. Now what are the pawn shop do you know and tell him to do that. Besides their courteous and always friendly service they have a great selection there they seem to turn their products fairly quickly meaning they have new stuff on shelf quite often and have always been able to match or beat anyone else's price for me in fact they gave me $40 more on my JBL boombox then two other places were willing to give me for the exact same speaker. Thanks guys you rock and I'm sure I'll see you soon.

  Friendly staff. They do have a very large selection. From video consoles and games, to even a motorcycle! The atmosphere was also very clean compared to other pawn shops I have been in. I think a big con was the prices were pretty high compared to some others in the area.

  I've done a lot of business with this franchise in both this location and Chandler. I lost my paperwork on a pistol I had on layaway. I came in Friday to find I was 6 days late, they sold the pistol to someone else, and took the money I had deposited on the firearm. No courtesy call, email, or notification of any kind. I would think that there would be a grace period of some sort for a repeat customer. Nothing. Losing my paperwork was my fault, and I accept I was 6 days late. Superpawn lost a loyal customer, I'd almost bet an employee wanted to buy the sidearm.

  Very helpful staff! Mario and Miracle are professional and care about their customers. The girls are nice and always upbeat! The only reason why I give this place 4 stars is because the company requires them to document every purchase customers make. The last thing I want is to be remembered by how much junk i buy or judged by the next man for having "too many" guitars. I refuse to purchase guns from them because of this. All because I'm sure they don't delete those buys after the two years they're only required to book and file those purchases.

  This place has a great staff, very professional. I have always been happy to pawn here, because I never leave without finding a great deal and I have never left disappointed. When my pawn was due, I received a courtesy letter in the mail, and they even offered to hold my items an additional thirty days, if I needed the time. Great place to shop or pawn and I have been to most pawn shops in this town.

  I have done business with this pawn shop many times (selling unwanted goods, purchasing items) however I catch them trying to sell things at full “new” market value which is very unethical, the male manager is a joke head to toe, the female manager lacks customer service strongly and they often give pathetic offers. Once I was offered $25 for a sterling silver pennant with a diamond in it and sold it elsewhere for $175. The last time I went in I specifically told the young woman working that I wanted to sell my items. It wasn’t until I got the paperwork and read it in the car that I realized she was sTunis enough to pawn them so realistically she scammed me out of an extra $40 and I’m stuck with a loan I’m debating if I want to go repay for my goods.. what a joke of a shop to be completely honest

  This location has ALOT of awesome stuff and if I wasn't being rushed and didn't have attitude flying at me because I had multiple questions and multiple things I wanted to buy they would have gotten an easy $400 sale out of me today. I wanted the Nintendo switch,a new phone , and Wii accessories which they had all of these items. The ONLY reason they got the $15 sale from me was because it was the cheapest place I have found Wii controllers. Other than that I wouldn't go back. Employees don't work off commission and it was very apparent this employee didn't care if he sold anything to me at all. But, if you don't care about any of that they have some cool stuff and they are decently priced and have sales too.

  By far the best pawn shop. Have been going there for a few years and appreciate this store and there employees. Honestly have always been treated well. Some people reviews obviously coming from stupidity not knowing how the business works. If you want tip top dollar for your stuff sell it yourself. Seems pretty simple

  Always friendly. Managers always attentive and available. They work with you to purchase things without killing your budget. Very flexible. I have purchased, pawned, laid away several items with them I don't have a complaint. I would definitely recommend! Great Job Super Pawn!

  The discriminate. If u fall behind on your ticket and miss the due date for any reason, they will NOT work with you. Then they will triple the price if you want to try and buy it back. Its unfair that they can do this without ramifications. Discrimination os against the law. Dont take your stuff here. Go up the street where they treat you like a human and not a dollar sign. I will be contacting the news outlets, newspapers, BBB and anyone else who will listen. This shop is not people or poor friendly. Stay away at all costs. There are 2 other pawn shops in the area. Yes i am a disgruntled customer, but the way i was treated and how they STOLE my custom guitar, i believe im justified.
