  Went In looking for a chainsaw purchased a STIHL chain saw! Got home saw wouldn’t fire up took it back and was amazed how easy there return policy was and not to mention the much better break!! Definitely won my business in my first experience ever!!

  This place was clean. However right when I walked in I was immediately asked what I was looking for then got followed around like I was gunna rob the place. I did find something there I wanted and put it on layaway that I didnt know they had so that was cool. But ya I dont like being followed around the store I felt pressured to purchase something. Maybe that was thier intention, but I doubt it. Maybe a word of a dd's vice to them.(not everybody wants to rob your store, some people just want to take the time to look without a salesman standing eight next to them asking what do I want the whole time, I"i want to be left alone!" Is what I should've said)

These efforts are in place not because we feel people are trying to rob us or to pressure folks into buying something, rather to provide the best service we can deliver. That said, I do understand that folks sometimes want to just "browse" without someone hovering. We will take your feedback and work on this area so that every customer feels comfortable and receives the level of service that best suits their needs.

  This place has to be the cleanest and self-respected pawn shop I’ve been too. Super friendly, I was just looking around and the owner asks if we needed help with anything, as well as us selling to them and gave us the best price around, very friendly and patient employees you have and I will definitely come back and purchase more items!! 6⭐️

  We arrived ten minutes before closing and not once did I feel rushed. We were greeted with smiles and our questions were answered professionally! This type of customer service is hard to find these days! I highly recommend this place for all your pawn shop needs!!
