I have been a member since 1987 and I am furious about the new call center! These people are unable to deal with things that in a past were no problem like reordering checks, verifying an address change, verifying deposits. You cannot speak to anyone at the bank only the call center and when they say they that they are unable to help you & will connect you to the actual bank they don't. I am VERY frustrated and angry.!!!!!

3 days I have been on hold for over an hour and got a hold of no one which I can understand because of all that is happening, BUT when I go over and request assistance in person instead of helping me until my problem is resolved they say do this it should fix it and sent me away. This not only happened once but twice and my problem still is not fixed. I cannot access my own bank information there customer service is trash I will be switching banks it already in the works. Sad, no wonder your ratings are so low.

Terrible online banking options. Stuck in the past. Call wait times are regularly over an hour and they don't even have a call back function. Hope you like hold music. Update: apparently employees can view your account passwords. This has to be the least secure bank in town.

I wish I could give negative stars at this point…this new mobile update is an absolute nightmare. After reading the reviews I know I’m not the only one. I’ve called the ONE SINGLE NUMBER they have to get a hold of them…but you can’t get a hold of anyone! Been calling for days now, first I would get disconnected anytime I pressed 7 for a representative…now today I’ve been on hold for over an hour and still no luck. I have to work I can’t just wait on hold all day long. We have bills to pay…we need access to our information. This is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely changing unions after this. ONE WEEK LATER UPDATE: called at 9am right when they opened and managed to actually get a hold of someone after waiting on hold for 40 mins (while at work) they were able to reset my password and get me into my account…FOR ONE DAY. Went to log in this morning and it’s now saying I have the wrong login and has yet again locked me out of my account after I reset my password and double checked my username. Going to be going to a new bank today.

The new computer upgrade is an unmitigated disaster. Yesterday I was on the phone for hours trying to get assistance before the call was disconnected. I still do not have access to my account. I pay my bills online and right now that is unavailable to me. So if you want a credit union where you can't access your account, can't pay your bills and doesn't care about its customers, then this is the credit union for you.

Pima FCU just implemented a new website which is totally disappointing. Their president even sent an email to members admitting it doesn't work. Your wait time for phone help is nearly 2 hours.

The absolute worse customer service, impossible to talk to a person on the phone, will not call back when I leave a message, will not respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Pima Federal Credit Union

Changing my review, besides high wait times and issues I went in and left my wallet at home and even tho they knew who I was and verified my identity they said they could only let me withdraw $100 not only that but just recently they started charging five dollars per cashiers check taking away the free cashiers check per day and in all honesty that saved me about $20-$30 a month and there’s still plenty of banks and credit unions they do not charge for money order or cashiers checks so at this point it’s more of a Benefit to switch to another bank

Been a member for a while, had no issues. I don't make much money, tried to make some more to support my family. Found an opportunity with 'Secret Shopper', but it turned out to be a scam.. a fraud.. and it was too late Got a call from the bank telling me my account is locked and -1,600 something. It's my first time being a victim of fraud and they weren't very helpful. I asked if I should report it to the police and they said no because the police won't do anything then they proceed to tell me if I can pay it back? And gave me 45 days. I only bring in 300 a week then I got bills rent, etc. How could they approve a fraudulent check and make me, the victim of fraud, pay it back? I'd advise finding another bank that cares more about their customers

Had a series of awful experiences at this branch. Asked to talked to a manager after the last issue and she was rude, condescending and almost seemed high on something. Escalated it from there and the bank managers took no responsibilities, gave no apology and denied everything. They are super slow to do anything too. And overall unprofessional. So glad we closed everything.
