  Words aren’t enough to describe the kind of services I received from Daniel Kozak Such a professional! Everywhere else I go, they couldn’t be able to have me qualified for the mortgage but Daniel worked it out for me. He’ Understandable, Patient, Responsive with your text and call etc. Thank you United Mortgage! Now I’m so happy with my new house 🏡

  Michael and his team were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Both Michael and Josh were remote, but if I needed anything or had any questions, their responsiveness was always prompt and helpful. This was my second time financing a home, but my first time with United Mortgage. Knowing what I know now, I would have definitely used United Mortgage the for my first home. I cannot believe the difference in how much smoother it was working with these guys than it was when I used Synovus. I am thrilled with every aspect of the loan process from application processing through the close. Thanks so much to Michael and Josh for all of your help, support, and professionalism.   I came across Dmitry on Facebook back in January, i reached out to him hoping he can help me in owning my own home. We Started the process in February 2020, And I Was preapproved. In the beginning, everything was fine, however once I found a house in March 2020 and seller accepted my offer. Dmitry stopped returning my calls, emails and texts. I kept reaching out to him and I was receiving no response. In addition, He never once reached out to my realtor or lawyer to give status or updates. It had to take for me to call the office explaining how my loan officer is being unresponsive for me to finally get a response from him. Due to COVID-19 FHA change the credit score guidelines and he mentioned he would help me with this process so i can close on time. Again, after that one call I never heard from him again, no call, no text no nothing ! Totally unprofessional, I finally took my realtor advice and went to another lender. This lender was the total opposite of what i had just endured. Efficient, responsive, and professional! She knew my tight deadline and helped me out tremendously! Long story short, i just closed on my new home! I’m very disappointed in my experience with Dmitry, if you’re not able to help a person please let me know and don’t waste people’s time.

  We would like to thank and acknowledge the wonderful service that was given by United Mortgage. The whole experience was amazing! We refinanced several times prior to this one, but never had an experience like this one. We felt the loan officer was honest and we wasn't led on. To us honesty is everything! I would refer United Mortgage to any and everyone, as matter fact, I already have. Thanks United Mortgage.

  I purchased my first home with United Mortgage and both my husband and I had a great experience. Being that we have never taken out a loan before, they explained everything clearly and made the process easy for us. Everything was also done in a timely fashion. I felt as if I was in very good hands and would absolutely recommend working with them!

  Closed on my new house yesterday, and couldn’t be happier that I chose United Mortgage Corp. Joshua Sporn was my broker, and this man went above and beyond the call of duty every step of the way. We had a very short timeframe in which we wanted to close, which even my attorney thought would be nearly impossible, but he got it done. Josh, and Linda the Processor, were always just a phone call away and made every step as painless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend him and United for anyone looking for an easy mortgage process.   I had a good experience with United Mortgage but with a couple of problems so it took a little longer to close my refinance. Michael Oropeza, however, was great. He was very helpful in trying to resolve a couple of the issues that delayed my closing. He was very understanding and did not pressure me.

  I am so pleased that I have found this company to do all my mortgage needs, I'm so happy to see things going so smoothly and fast, especially when dealing with my mortgage friend Bill Schwegler which makes the whole process a pleasure (instead of a pain as it usually becomes while doing mortgages), it's very unlikely to find someone like Bill Schwegler to make all the work on his end to get you the best of the best rates, closing costs, etc. + the best of the best calmness + whatever you ask from him. It's just a pleasure doing all my mortgage needs with him! Keep up your great work!!! All the best!!

  My customer service experience has been horrible thus far there's no professionalism. I'm a relatively new homeowner and even though I got a good rate I must admit the customer service is a big turn off. I wouldn't refer anyone to do business with united until they revamp their CSR poor very very very poor

  We were looking to refinance our home to lock in a fixed rate. Kevin Clarkson called when I was about to give up. He is the absolute best hands down. Everything he said he would do he did. We were able to secure a VA Loan and we locked in an excellent rate. I would highly recommend United Mortgage but mostly Kevin Clarkson. He is amazing!
