  Kimberly Sheppard-Hope & Quontic Bank was absolutely incredible. Kimberly was beyond helpful and made the process so smooth. She was an amazing communicator and really made someone like me who had NO experience and had no idea what to do truly understand every step of the process. She was open and willing to explain and be there for us from the beginning to the end and made this process not only smooth, but also really enjoyable.   We were recommended to Kimberly Hope (senior loan officer at Quontic Bank) via our real estate broker. Having negative experiences in the past with the loan process, we were apprehensive. In truth, loan officers in the past left out information and were quite impersonal; leaving us deflated and frustrated. That all in mind, Kimberly immediately put us at ease the moment we first contacted her. Kimberly is the perfect combination of professional, honest, and most of all, human. Perhaps the most important aspect of applying for a home loan is that others treat you like a person, and Kimberly does just that. She is personable, genuinely caring, and easy to speak with. She is responsive, extremely prompt, and immediately brings any red flags to your attention that need to be fixed - that way there are no bumps in the road down the line in during your loan processing. She is reassuring and someone who knows exactly what she is doing in her field. My wife and I could not speak more highly of Kimberly Hope. Anyone seeking a loan should absolutely contact her, she will change how you look at the loan application process. Thank you again for everything.

  I worked with Abdul Rehman. He is a miracle worker. It was amazing working with him and his team zarema and Angie. They went above and beyond to get me approved. FYI I was not even approved to finance a car under my name these guys got me approved for a loan of over 400k. I can't thank you enough. If anyone is looking to get a mortgage and have challenges follow this team fo as they say and you'll be back on track in no time. Once again thank you Abdul, zarema and Angie.

  This review is about the banking side of Quontic bank. Perhaps the mortgage area is good or people are writing good reviews about their friends. I opened up three different accounts at Quontic online. One was a savings account which gave you 1% on your balance if you did 10 debit card transaction a billing period. First you had to wait for the debit card. Then you had to wait for them to send you a pin in the mail. You could NOT get a pin any other way. So how could you use your card? Finally I recieved my pin and began to use the debit card. After a few charges the card was declined. In the evening I called the bank, but they are ONLY open like 9-5 Monday through Friday. That is pretty awful when your card is declined. Finally when I did get through they wanted to identify me. I gave them my social, my address, my name, but they wanted my bank account number. Who carries around their bank account number for a debit card? When they asked for my initial deposit I told them the correct amount. However the person could not calculated my initial amount because interested was added already. All I wanted to know was why my debit card was declined. They finally said I did not have money in the accoun, which I did have money. However, they froze my account. Why I still do not know. But they wanted a copy of a bank statement of where the money came from. Then they would unfreeze my account and I could use my debit card. So basically they say make 10 debit card transactions a pay period then they freeze your account and do not tell you. So now they do not have to give you the 1% on your money. I asked them to close my account. That they said could be done online only or via email. Well online and email is not secure to me. I would NEVER use this bank and I would never reccommend this bank no matter how much interest they gave me. It almost seems like a scam. I hope you find this helpful.

She helped with so many aspects as a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and concerns and she was helpful every time.
