  One of the best closing experiences I’ve ever had. Mr. Adams went over every detail and even walked me through the process. Very professional and trustworthy! The funds were in my account the next day. Get the insurance they offer , with today’s world you never know what you happen in life. You will pay a little more but at least your covered just in case. Overall great customer servicing.

  One of the worst financial lender. They will wipe you off from the interest, i didn't know how this things work, i have a credit score of 752, they gave me 29% interest rate, I end up paying more on interest than the capital. Once I realized that I sold the vehicle to get away from them. if you want to throw your money away go get a loan from them. Not recommended. Go to a credit union to get help.

  I would never recommend anyone else to One Main Financial. There was a time I knew I would have some difficulties making my monthly payments for a few months. I spoke to a representative directly to see what could be done beforehand. The representative Tom was rude and not helpful at all. Without even getting a full story he said my excuse wasn’t an excuse. They are very unprofessional and do not care how they treat their customers. Once I pay off I will never even want anything to do with them! This was the biggest mistake ever! If you want a real loan place, go to Upgrade Loan. Moving forward all my loans will be only through them.

  Every employee there answers the phone with an attitude and they have no interest in helping you with any issues you are having. Denise, the manager, was so rude, nasty, and unhelpful. She should not be in charge of people dealing in customer service. She looks for any reason to dismiss you and start an argument. No wonder her staff is all rude too.

  Whoever is the underwriter there was so rude to me over the phone. It was so hard to get ahold of someone regarding my application. I was told different amounts of what they can approve me of and they still wanted me to take a secured loan. I understand the credit part but the co-app had great credit and they still wanted to give us $2,500. The underwriter kept talking over me and “Mr.Adams” was never there to speak. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend One Main to anyone. You’re better off saving you money.. and please let’s not talk about the high interest!

  The Manager was highly unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. I simply called for more information regarding applying and was told “I cannot help you. You have to apply on the website;” several times. This is not someone you want to talk to when you have an emergency. Recently we had a death in our family and now a relative’s house burnt down. It’s a disgrace that one person can carry so much negativity and lack so much compassion. Glad that there are other options for loans. Don’t settle for less. Get the customer service you deserve somewhere else.

  Terrible customer service. Unable to help solve any problems. Ruined my credit report and not willing to fix due to the fact their online system is faulty and I had to send my payment via my bank account online pay. Bunch of unhelpful scumbags. Interest rates are also ridiculously high.
