  Marc Marrazzo you've done it for us with such ease. Refinance went so smooth we almost forgot we were going through a financial transaction. You and your team have shown us what the market can be for homeowners looking to buy or refinance their home. I don't give 5 stars to anyone unless it's earned and you and your team earned that. Spreading the word is least we can do for our seamless refinance. Kudos to United Mortgage.

  Marc and his team got my husband and I to the closing table quickly and seamlessly! We had worked with a different mortgage firm prior for a house that fell through earlier this year, and wanted a fresh start. Working with Marc was a completely different experience; his team was so responsive to all of our questions and so thorough with our documents and their explanations of the process. I would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them highly!

  We all know that finding the right team to help you get your home loan can be difficult. Marc and his team helped me get my home and I couldn’t be happier. Marc, Jorge and Taylor were always there to answer all of my questions. One of the things that I really liked and was beneficial to me (especially when I didn’t had much free time), was that they always had someone available to answer your questions either through a phone call, email or even text messages. Another thing that was helpful too was that they’re always in contact and keeping you updated. Also, I was able to sign all the documentation electronically which was of great convenience to me. I would 100% recommend this team. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to Marc and his team for working very hard to get me approved for my home loan.

  What a pleasure it was to work with Marc and his team. They made the process very easy and moved very quickly to get us to the closing table where we experienced no issues.   Firstly, I think that it is important to disclose that I was reached out to and requested to write a review by the Marrazzo Mortgage Team following my closing. My overall experience was positive. Marc, Taylor & Jorge make the process very convenient. They were in constant contact with me and kept me updated the entire time via email and text message, including sending me reminders to make sure things were taken care of in a timely fashion when necessary. Marc & Team also helped to very quickly resolve an unforeseen issue that came up during underwriting regarding an outstanding loan for solar panels on my roof.   Marc and his team are absolutely amazing! They are there for you every step of the way and in constant communication. It was more like working with a close friend than a typical mortgage company.
