  Only good things to talk about Mark Sweeney at Reliant Home Funding, Inc. After the first time we spoke, everything when very easy for us with our mortgage loan.. he is an excellent professional, guiding us each step of the way and explaining all the process with easy terms and if for some reason we did not understand, he will make sure to change the terms until all was understandable.   There are no words to express how amazing Mark Sweeney is! He was with me all through my journey, he never left my side even though I had a very rough start. Started my home buying journey last March of 2018 with a not so good credit, unlike any other loan agents who turned me down or didn’t show interest in me, Mark stayed and helped me get pre-approved. I have a very low self-confidence and always been so paranoid, but Mark lifted my spirit and made me feel that everything’s going to be alright. Around July of last year when I got a new job, I’ve decided to hold off with our house hunting and told Mark about it. He was very understanding and happy for me as well. The most touching part was Mark kept on checking on me even though he knows we’re going to start looking again in Feb of 2019. He kept in touch with me, I would get a text from him during the holidays and even on regular days. Finally, February came, and we started the process again. By this time, it felt like we’re family, he made me feel so confident, always been so positive and the fact that he’s proud of how far we’ve come through my journey. I cannot tell you how smooth and easy he made the process for me and my husband. He made everything so fast and easy, he’s always available and ready to answer all your questions. Mark and Cindy have the best team, not only they go above and beyond their job, but they also care for their clients. Today, we closed on our first home and I couldn’t thank Mark enough for being there with me all through out. I highly recommend Mark 100 times.

  Reliant has helped us with a refi on our last house, as well as a new mortgage and a refi on our current house. Greg P was super helpful in getting us a great rate, explaining the details, and going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything throughout the process. If I could give them more than 5 stars in this review, I would. Greg will be my first call when we want to buy our next house.

  Michael Richter was simply amazing. He was always calm, patient and reassuring. He worked tirelessly to secure our loan and we always felt that he was in our corner fighting for us. In short, he made the impossible happen and had us close on our home in less than two weeks. I highly highly recommend Michael.

  We recently refinanced our mortgage. Nicholas Pothos was extremely helpful. From the time, we received a letter and made the call to Reliant Home Funding found that the process was extremely easy, the communication was excellent, the rate was unbelievable, the closing just about 4 weeks. No need for another appraisal, was done in October, as we tried to refinance with Simplist but didn’t pursue. That alone saved us another $550.00. Nicholas reassured us that it would be ok and indeed, it was! A man of his word! We are wishing you and your team much success! Well done, from a thankful customer!

  I wish I could give Mark Sweeney 10 stars! From the beginning of our journey, he has been nothing short of amazing! He was always available to speak with us, answer any questions and reassure us right up to closing day (today😊). I didn’t even think that we would even make it through the process but Mark made it happen. I will definitely recommend RHF to any family/friends looking to purchase a home and tell them to ask for Mark, he’s the best!!
