  Came into this branch to speak to a bank about my account being locked after the 800 number told me I need to come in. I waited around for 1/2 hour to speak to a banker and walked out. Also, the bank took $15,000 of my money that I have been denied numerous times because of fraud.

  Waited over 30 minutes; only one person working the desk. No communication with customers as line continued to grow and grow. Disappointed in the lack of customer service!!!

  This bank took my money atm is ridiculous it doesn't work don't come to this bank they steal your money and say is bank error i want my money

  Thank you everyone in the u.s. bank in the oaklawn village, it took a few minutes to get organized but everyone was polite and helpful, they're doing a great job during this covid crisis❤️ God bless you all 🙏✝️

  I encountered the first teller and very nice respectively saying "hello" Then came second teller, whom made me feel so welcomed...that said KUDOS to this two ladies. Especially Ms. Aisha..

  This branch drive thru is ridiculously slow Like they don't want to work ..over 45min in the drive thru is awful
