      very inconvenient banking institution! Barely any locations. I can never get anyone on the phone to talk to if i need assistance! I always have to talk to PAM and don't nobody want to talk to "her"!! I will be closing this account first thing in the morning. Would have done it today but they were closed before 1pm....... I wish i could give ZERO stars!!!

      I SPOKE WITH Cindy at the call center...Her customer service was Phenomenal...I was having trouble with my online account and she stayed on the phone with me, I had to get off the phone..she called back to check on me, the situation still wasnt rectified..she called me the next day and solved the problem. Kudos Hacu & Cindy...You have 5 star service and employees!!
