  I have so many good things to say about Brian! He is knowledgable, friendly, and the best resource for loans. I e-mail Brian more often than most people (I always have ideas and dreams). He answers me honestly and kindly each time. We have bought a home with him, refinanced, and we are now buying another home with him. I recommend Wisdom Financial to my friends and family because he is truly the best!

  I just finished purchasing a new home that was a two lender short sale and it was not for the faint of heart. Lots of back and forth and issues with the banks and Brian handled it all like a champ. Brian was able to see through the flurry of activity from the banks who needed to approve before we were able to secure the loan. Once it was ready to go, he jumped on it and quickly resolved any issues so that we were able to close ASAP. Thank you Brian for all of your work. I will definitely be back the next time we have to do ANY financing!!

  STOP looking for someone to do your next loan, you've found him!!! I've been using Brian at Wisdom Financial for home loans for years now. Actually my entire immediate family and countless cousins do too. Every single one of us(close to 25 family members...we're Irish) have had the same experience I've had, excellent. Brian is super knowledgeable and just plan out honest. I've asked him in the past if I should refinance and he advised me against it when it didn't make fiscal sense. He's also extremely fast and organized. I just recently refied and closed within 3 weeks from the day we got the process start. He tells you what you need up front and gets back to you with answers to your questions immediately. I really can't say enough good things about Brian, he's just a stellar guy and a pleasure to work with. Not to mention he always has the best rates!! Thanks again Brian!

  I reached out to Brian a few months prior to our refi with some questions. Brian was helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy with me knowing that I was possibly looking to redo our loan. I reached back out to him a few months later about a refi and he was very straightforward with me about expectations, pricing, closing costs, and timeline for a refinance. Our refinance was an easy and streamlined process. I recommend Brian and his services, and will use him for future loan needs.

  Tom and Brian at Wisdom are the best int he industry. I have done business with them for purchases and refinancing over the years. Nothing but complete honesty and transparency. They answered every question and thoroughly explained all my options.
