      We recently moved and the closest branch is in the Safeway on Power and Queen Creek. The hours are helpful because banking during the week is difficult with our schedules. The employees are always friendly and greet you with a smile, they even remember you from previous visits, making you feel more than a banking customer. We have worked with Kat and she always ensures our banking needs are met.

      Came in regarding a refi and Tony was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions set up the accounts I needed and explained everything I needed to know without elaborating. I appreciated his help and it was refreshing to see a team of bankers that got along so well, maybe they have a great bank manger that knows how to lead them. Great banker and service.

      My US Bank is like family. They all do such a wonderful job. The customer service is exceptional and they try to simply my banking needs. Keep up the great work.

      I just personally witnessed extremely poor customer service by the manager Jackie. She was extremely rude to not one but two customers. She talked to them like they were lower than her and raised her voice unnecessarily. She berated customers and was not helpful in the least. Seeing how they treat their customers has caused me to completely switch banks. I will not be there again.

      Applied for a home equity loan and subsequently a checking account. Worked primarily with Jackie (the manager) and Jennifer (asst. manager). Both very professional and ensured my loan application went as smoothly as possible, answering all my questions and concerns along the way. The bank's physical location is in Safeway at Queen Creek and Power intersection.

      Usually tellers are friendly. This time I waited in line more than ten minutes, no one acknowledged me, then they took another customer before me. No apology. No thank you. I’m going to change banks.

      Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I went in to open a new account and the manager refused to open one for me. She said she didn't believe that I would use the account. I would not recommend this location or this bank to anyone.
