  I have used Dave on multiple refinances and he is one of my all time favorite people to work with. He is responsive, knowledgable, and so clearly has his client's best interest in mind. I felt comfortable asking questions, and he was proactive in letting me know what was coming up by over communicating every step of the way. He even went to bat for me by calling my HOA for info on my behalf when I was short on time. I highly recommend using Dave for mortgage services, he will take great care of you.

  There is absolutely NOTHING that is lacking in Dave's approach to his clients. Dave Knos not only has the extremely high level of professional expertise required for these mortgage transactions, he is able to relate very genuinely and in a practical manner for those of us who do not have the background in these types of choices and decisions. Changing mortgage companies, refinancing, appraisals, etc. - Dave is able to share the framework of what is being proposed in a way that is not at all overwhelming or condescending. In today's workplace, we tend to see corners being cut to save time, avoid hassles, and frankly, to reduce workloads. Dave takes whatever time is needed, not only in researching the most appropriate plan for each client, but in communicating the possible scenarios and doing the 'heavy lifting' himself! His communication is unbelievable! He maintains accountability and I feel that he thinks about each mortgage change/refi, etc., as if it was for his own personal decision- it is that important to him. He does not hurry through the process, even when I had tons of questions! My daughter now works through Dave on her mortgage needs and I have referred him to many others. There are so many companies doing this work at this point in time, but the personal care and expertise Dave shows every single client cannot be matched!

  Dave was extremely professional and very helpful from Day 1. He communicated and kept me updated at every step. The patience he demonstrated and the willingness to 'educate' me along the way and answering my many questions and queries made purchasing my house and absolutely wonderful experience. I never felt like just a number as he 'teamed' up with my realtor and kept her in the loop as well. Can't wait to purchase my next house with Dave!!!

  We had started a refinance with my previous mortgage holder which unfortunately failed for whatever the reasons were. I was given David's information and was a little nervous at first but man does David know what he is doing. He jumped on our situation immediately and throughout the entire process he was patient with all questions and truly has the heart of a teacher. This is how you know he is good!   I have owned quite a few homes over the years. Typically, the mortgage process was a huge source of angst and hassle. However... Dave Knos at Seville Mortgage honestly made the process last year truly very smooth- no worry (he did that part!) and everything was explained, made as easy as possible. His expertise is such a plus to getting a mortgage. I did get one last year that suited my needs and am refinancing again this year with Dave. What a professional he is- he does not want to see someone just get a mortgage- he wants it to be the right one for the person and he digs deep to find that information. I feel really honored to work with Dave and will recommend him without reservation!

  We had such a fantastic experience with Bill Carpenter and Seville Mortgage. I don't think our refinance could have gone any more smooth than it did. Bill is super responsive and on top of everything. It's obvious how hard they work to make it a great experience. He answered all of our questions and explained everything each step of the way.   My experience with Dave during my recent home refinance was easier than I could have ever imagined. From my initial inquiry (on a weekend, to which he promptly responded), to my closing, he was focused, responsive, highly communicative, and all around pleasant to work with. During my initial purchase with a different lender a few years ago, I felt let down and unimportant. This experience was completely different. Everything went as Dave promised it would, and he truly was my advocate throughout the process. From beginning to end, this took less than a month. I am paying $300 less on my mortgage, and my home will be paid off sooner than if I kept my previous mortgage. I dreaded doing this because of the paperwork, time, etc, but it was really so easy.
