Brenda Franco1Every single time I come to this bank there is ALWAYS a 15-20 minute wait if you are lucky! ALWAYS several people in line and not enough tellers. Others working here with nothing to do don't help or care. NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHAT SO EVER!
Response from the ownerHi, Brenda. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and know that your time is valuable. We appreciate you coming in and depending on the reason for your visit you may be able to save time in the future by using an ATM or our mobile app. You can complete many transactions online or through our mobile app. For more info, please click here https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/. Kip Wolfe1This branch totally lacks any sort of customer service. We have been with BofA for over 30 years and recently made an online appointment for a required Medallion Stamp for a investment document. We received a voicemail that the person who does the Medallion Stamp would not be available for the scheduled appointment time. My wife called the branch back to reschedule and got the usual run around from the "so called" Relationship Manager! This is the third time we tried to use this BofA branch for notary services and each time had to endure the "hard sale" pitch to sign up for the BofA cash back credit card or use the BofA financial planning services. Regardless, I will not return to this branch for anything and will look elsewhere for my banking needs!
Response from the ownerHi Kip. We are disappointed to hear and and would like a chance to connect and find more about your experience. Please connect with us on our servicing platforms on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Thank you. ^susan

Ann Gruber1Altho there were no customers inside the bank and 3 suits (Male & female) plus 2 tellers the bank was too busy yesterday to notarize my signature & told me to schedule an appointment online later this or next week. As a "premier" customer I thought, wow, too busy?! OK, I'm a retired business owner so try to understand the new banking! So hopping across the parking lot the 2 person staffed USBank kiosk accommadated me & it took a total of 6 minutes! Customer service at its finest! I bought them each a Starbucks, they didnt charge me!
Response from the ownerHi Ann. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Robin Alef1I have been trying to reach someone at my local branch for the past two days, and have been unable to do so. I came to BofA because legal advice had me leave Chase as I separated assets from a partner. I now realize having the same bank as ex-partner, or ANY other bank, is far less worrisome than staying with a bank that cannot be reached when needed.

Sharon Rogers1Our "Premiere" company had an appointment to have new signature cards added to the account. Ally was helpful in working with us, but was put on hold for an hour, on an internal bank line, and we had to leave without confirmation that the process was completed. When I called several times today to confirm, the autobot reply came on and no one picked up the phone. What happened to follow through and customer service?

Jennifer Yarger1I only go to this bank due to this being our bank for work. I personally would not bank with Bank of America. There is never enough staff and I always have to wait longer than 10 minutes in line. Website says open 10am-4pm but they are closed everytime I go to make a deposit. I have gone at 12, 1 and 2pm. Closed everytime. Love the teller, she is always friendly and knows what she is doing but she is always by herself in there?? I don't have the option to do ATM deposits for my office, I have to go inside the branch :(

Michael Mitchell1Scheduled an Notary appointment directly with the bank the day before. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes before scheduled time. Sat for about 10 minutes past appointment time, nobody in the bank lobby except 1 teller. Ask her what the status was on my notary appointment. She said that there were no notary people available for the rest of the day. I asked why the bank did not call me to let me know? What kind of respect for their customers are they showing? I would not do any banking with this branch or any B O A branch if they can't get the simple customer service protocol right.

Dakoyta Parris1I have to come in here daily to complete deposits for my employer. I constantly walk in with them have a line of 4+ people with one teller. The teller never calls for help. Some times I stand for about 15-20 to just make a simple deposit. With Chase and Wells Fargo on the same block as them, you’d think they would try and move the line a bit faster.

Nolynn Carter1I've been going to this Branch for the last 10 years. The last few years it has just gotten worse and worse. Extremely understaffed. I don't understand why all the personal Bankers can't just help out when the line gets long and they have no customers. How about the manager on staff jump up on the line and start helping out. I feel so bad for the one teller that has to deal with everybody. I have just delt with it but today was the last straw. I just can't do it anymore and I'm going to have to make a change to my business and personal banking. Warning to all find another location or bank all together.

Mike S1Same feelings as most other one star reviews. This is hands down the worst BofA branch I've ever been to and probably the worst of any bank I've been in. I've never had a pleasant experience here. The tellers are all extremely unhelpful, one woman in particular that is always there although I don't know her name. The lines are always more than 4 deep with one teller working while 2-3 others are either sitting there or walking around. Sure they may be busy but a simple acknowledgment goes a long way in this situation. The overall mood of this branch is dismal at best. I'll go the extra 4-5 miles to the Ocotillo branch instead.
