  Nick is our go to man! We were introduced to him from our realtor when we purchased our current home 2 years ago. With the rates so low we couldn't pass up a refi to save thay much more money in interest alone.....so to Nick we went! Same great service received this time around as well.

  Nick with Valor Mortgage was more than willing to go above and beyond for me and my girlfriend as first time home buyers. He took his time to explain details that first time home buyers wouldn't understand and was flexible in his times that he could communicate with us. Nick was exceptional at offering different options for loans and was no pressure in his approach. I would recommend his services for anyone looking to buy a house wether its your first or tenth house.

  Nick was a pleasure to work with! He always answers the phone and was quick to respond to emails. I had trouble getting approved for a loan because I’m self employed. But Nick got everything worked out and now we are happy new home owners. I would highly recommend Nick and Valor Mortgage. Thanks Nick!

  We were referred to Nick by a friend & he was excellent & so easy to work with!! The whole refinancing process was done quickly & by far for the best rate! I don’t think anyone else could have done it for cheaper. We would highly recommended Nick to anyone & will certainly be using him in the future for any further business. 😬

  Nick Palmer was helpful and very patient with us during or refinance. I am not the most trusting person or that easy to deal with when it comes to finance so I was very hesitant and wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. Nick answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the different options available to us. We took some money out to fix up the house and lowered our payment at the same time. I might not have been his favorite client but if we ever move I will be sure to use him again!

  Everything is done online if you prefer. Nick Palmer was superb to work with. He walked me through the documents for 2 mortgage loans and everything was thoroughly explained. Don't let banks tell you mortgage loans are "all the same." Nick saved me over $3K on closing costs alone.
