      I have banked with TTCU for almost 10 years now. Have never had any issues with them, and I love the broken arrow location. Any one I have ever worked with jn this location has always been so nice and helpful. One of the best banks in my opinion.

      Bad experience! The teller drivethrough is run by people sitting in a cubicle at a completely different location. This allows for a disconnect from their branch and having customer relationships. I drove out of my way to cash my check here. When I arrived the front door has signs saying due to construction to use the drive through. The cubicle teller guy in the drive through told me to go inside. He didnt even know which branch I was at! 😧 When I told him there is construction he then proceeded to tell me I needed to drive to 21st and aspen in tulsa. Bad service, bad experience, and bad relationships with customers. Technology is great until you discontinue providing a quality service to customers and then your doing yourself a disadvantage as a business. Thanks but my account will be moved elsewhere

      I have a checking account with them which is currently "locked up" for lack of use. I've never heard of this! So I have to deposit a minimum of $2.50 to "unlock" it.well I suggest not banking there, they have lost my business.

      The most sorry excuse for a banking institution I have ever experienced. If zero stars was an option, they would get it. Went through the teller lane in my vehicle to get a simple cash withdrawal and the teller somehow managed to not only break company policy by completing the transaction (I guess they can't do this with shared branch accounts via their machines), but she pulled it from some random account that my name wasn't even on. I went inside to correct the error and the 90 yr old teller at the desk was so incompetent she spent 20 minutes with corporate to figure out what happened. When I inquired as to how this happened (since the "system" should not allow it) she stated "oh we fixed it, that's why I was on the phone." Obviously she did not understand me, but after two more attempts to understand the systemic issues, she still had no clue. Her mental capacity was a joke and she poses an extreme risk to the branch at the very least. I am understating this due to space limitations but needless to say, I will never return to this disgraceful location.

      The service and value offered are unmatched; every person I've ever dealt with have been great to work with. Sherry was an absolute gem to work with today; I wasn't sure what services I needed and she took the time to walk me through each option step by step. I highly recommend TTCU!

      Got off work at 5:30, raced across town to get there before it “closes” at 6 so I could make my car payment without having to suffer the phone fee, got there with 5 minutes to spare to find the lobby doors already locked and employees already headed home. Don’t post hours if you’re not going to honor them.

      TTCU is the BEST for anything you need!! They make everything so easy to understand, and they are quick and are willing to answer all your questions! The mobile banking app is the best! You can even transfer money and make your payments (car, credit card, loan) all from your phone, you don't even have to go to a branch! WE LOVE TTCU!!!

      Frustrating watching management walk around and chat and then sit in their office for 10 mins while customers are in the lobby waiting. The tellers are very nice and friendly, but I get tired of this poor management and the long wait as they sit in n empty offices. Kinda get that feeling that the customer isn't that important I have never sat longer than 10 mins at a bank.

      Online service is difficult to use and unintuitive. For example, I had to visit the physical location to recover my password. Tellers are wonderful, but management is unprofessional and argumentative.

      Dont waste your time on a Saturday. Their website says they're open from 9-12 which is a lie.
