      Staff is friendly, but lobby closes at 4 and if you need any real amount of money afterwards, the drive thru line is mind numbingly slow. Also, all of Arvest is absolutely useless while you're out of any state with an Arvest.

      We stopped using this bank when they refused to notarize our signature. Most other banks do this for free as a matter of courtesy. It is very easy for anyone to do and only takes about a minute.

      The employees here lack customer service!! you are not greeted when you walk in and literally no one acknowledged me nor helped me they went around me to help the person behind me... I had to leave and go to another branch!! I have been considering moving my accounts to chase bank and this just put the nail in the coffin !!!

      I always get great customer service in the drive thru. Tellers are very helpful. Destiny Pricer has helped me twice now with opening accounts for my family and I can not say enough about her. She is organized, kind, helpful and great at her job!

      Their hours are so much better than many other banks. Usually I am in and out quickly, using the drive through. Inside, the wait is not usually too long, either. We try to use this branch more than others because these folks are very customer-service oriented.

      So if you like siting in the drive thru lane for almost an hour , on a Tuesday , this is the bank for you ! This unfortunately is not an isolated incident. Every other bank is open. If Arvest decision is to not open the lobbies then they should at least staff the drive thru’s correctly. They must have the two slowest moving employees working this particular drive-through right now. We saw several employees walking around. But only 2 working. Good to know how little arvest thinks of their customers.

      I received a replacement debit card saying I needed to activate the card. I called the automated machine and it would not activate the card. I ask to speak with a representative and it took 21 minutes to speak with someone. They told me I didn’t need to activate my card so I essentially went in a big circle and they sent us the wrong letter. I simply ask them to waive the fee for the replacement debit card as I had to wait forever and they said they could not as it was their policy. I filed a complaint with customer service and added this review. I will take this review down if I am ever contacted to fix the issue. I would avoid Arvest if at all possible as I had better service with Bank of America. I will be shopping my account with another local vendor that knows how to service customers better or go back to Bank of America.

      I was closing a house yesterday around 4 in the afternoon, and I stopped by arvest around 12 o'clock to order a wire transfer, but I think you didn't send the money, I was at colonial tile, I was left without closing the house all because of you, how frustrating is this, it is unacceptable for you not to be able to make a transfer, we try to call to the bank but no one answers, as soon as I open I will go see what happened!!!!!!! Your services sucks!!!!

      Used to be a great bank. They quit ATM cards in favor of debit cards, but I don't want a debit card. now I have to go inside and wait in line all the time. Lines are always long. Poor choice Arvest. I am leaving you soon.

      The new manager lady is very rude and disrespectful and hateful. She lies on the phone to people about services. Worst manager EVER!! Needs to be replaced immediately and banned from working face to face with people.
