Shelley Chandler5BOK is quick and efficient. They handled our mortgage with care. Their small business division is great; too. I love the convenience of the locations and secure kiosks for making deposits. The staff are all well-trained, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've never had a problem when dealing with them.

brian kiker2Parents are moving to Oklahoma. Went to go open a BOK checking account with them since that is where i bank at. Was told we had to have an appointment to open a checking account. They were not nice about it. Went to RCB and no appointment was necessary to open a new account. They were able to walk right in and get it done. Weird how a bank would turn down retired boomers trying to open an account. Sorry but you kind of missed out. I'll be closing my account when i get my auto deposits changed now due to this. If the bank makes you make an appointment to do business with them, then I'll try another bank that has the time. If you are short staffed, then maybe you should pay more and treat employees better. RCB apparently isn't so short staffed.

This location was close, clean, and Covid precautions were in place and enforced, which is imperative in my opinion. The clerk that helped me was friendly and very helpful and I got everything done that I needed too.

Charles Pennel1I was with Bank of Oklahoma for over thirty years with no problems, so I took my daughter to this location to open an account. Sadly after a month having her account,it was hacked. She was told to call Ray Ihim in the fraud department. After several attempts to contact him ,one week later she finally reached him.He was no help at all.He treated her like the suspect instead of the victim. She was told to close out her account and never come back. Because of how they treated her,I closed both of my accounts . Yesterday she received a check in the mail from a company she had never heard of, payable through BOKF,NA Eufaula,Ok.Now I'm no expert in fraud, but something very suspicious is going on with BOK. I think that there must be employees involved. BOK,NA,EUFAULA has very suspicious things going on according to the web site. We will be going to the sheriff department to file a report today.

Mike Martin1I stopped by the BA location to deposit a check. By the time I was done, we had a new president and covid was cured. Why so slow? My theory is this location is staffed with three-toed sloths. I also find it interesting that they seem to only respond to positive reviews.

Viviena Lane1The ATM always out of service, or not available for deposit at least 1 2 times a week or every time I stopped by to deposit my paycheck. After the ATM problem, I had to drive a circle and wait in line at least 15-30 (depends on days). I wish there are more Bank of Oklahoma bank service in Broken Arrow instead of this location. updated March 10th 2021 I stopped by at 7:30 PM to deposit my cash and the ATM (again) out of service/not available for deposit ! how about you guys shut down the bank instead ? waste my time !
