      Failed to let you know what's ACTUALLY pending in your account versus what's ACTUALLY posted on your account. My account falls in the negative constantly because charges that were posted are coming back through as a charge again! Yes! Read that again! As a result, I get accessed $30 overdraft fees. Customer service has no clue what they are doing. They always sound like they just started the job.

      I have been a customer since 2008. I have had no problems with anyone that is employed at the bank its just their criteria on loans that I am upset with since I have been with them so long. I applied for a home loan in 2017, credit score was average for this type of purchase, employment full time and over 15 years but they denied me. I promptly walked two doors down to another bank (not a credit union though) and got approved. I have been in house now almost 3 years. So this year I tried again for a car loan, still at same job but credit score was above average. Again, denied. I went to another credit union where I didn't have an account, got approved and at excellent rates. Its unfortunate because I have been with them so long but I will be closing my account out by mid new year .

      This is the worst credit union in Tulsa, especially when it comes to customer services. They fail to label what type of checks are good to deposit in their onsite ATM. Hours after my check was accepted and posted to be cleared it was reversed due to the amount and now I have to wait until it’s convenient for them to get my check back. So much for trying to start work on my burned up house.

      2 stars because i feel like the good people here really tried to be a good bank but the entire process and availability of atms is just unreal. The hold times are ridiculous! My search for simply a "decent" bank experience continues.....

      Banking with them since '91. Never had any problems and love the online banking. For some of the complaints I read...It's a credit union so don't expect branches all over the place. The service has always been good at each branch I've been too (and I think I've visited everyone at some point). Banking here has been better than the local bank and credit union I used in times past.

      I had a mediocre experience with tulsa federal credit union until my wife and I met Savannah. She is literally the best! Probably some of the best customer service I've had anywhere and she has been a great help in getting us a used car loan and even making sure it was a good deal. She is very personable and remembers us when we come in or call. I've just never had someone go so above and beyond to help my wife and I with anything we needed or asked. I will be coming back to her for anything financial we need because I know she'll take care of us. Give her a raise already!

      My wife and I bought a new car last winter and setup autodraft from our other bank account. Unfortunately Tulsa Federal filled out their own paperwork incorrectly and as result, the payment was going to the wrong account. Finally we thought the issue was resolved after being told several times this week and i was assured it was all corrected. But lo and behold, i get a letter today indicating they have now cancelled the auto draft altogether due to problems! I am absolutely at a loss to explain this level of incompetence. Tulsa Federal's left hand truly does not know what the right hand is doing! As soon as my wife and I get back from vacation, we will be moving the loan to somewhere else entirely. I strongly recommend people to steer clear of this credit union if you expect professional and consistent banking business. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

      Their branches are few and far between, and the only way I've found to make payments for 2 years now is by dropping a check off every month or paying $10 fee for a phone payment. Talk about inconvenient! Time to get with the times and allow online payments. The branch closes at 5:30, which is really inconvenient when you don't get off work until 5, and have a 20 minute drive to the branch, without traffic! Missed it today by 6 minutes and I'm totally fed up! Looking into moving my loan tomorrow!

      After a couple of years of payments on-time for an RV loan my business account had checks written against it and was shut down. As a result the auto-payment to TFCU was also shut down. Now TFCU wants 6 months worth of payments before they will set up another auto-withdraw. I am moving my business away from this bank as a result and will not be using them again. UPDATE (from 1 star to 3) - I received a call from the TFCU and they approved for the 6 month worth of payments to be lifted in order to set up an auto-payment. I will leave the loan at TFCU for now. Now I have to travel back to the local branch and do what I wanted to do an hour ago.

      They have a sign on the wall that says we care and every letter stands for something. Something along the lines we care for our customers we exceed their expectations this and that they do absolutely none. I'll be looking to refinance my loan through someone else as soon as possible. An ill never deal with Tulsa Federal again.
