  John May helped us out so much! After another mortgage company gave us news that they would not be able to move forward with our loan due to my husbands credit. We gave up all hope & thankfully our relator Brandy Bratt referred us to John. He was able to help get my husbands credit where it needed to be for us to close on the loan! He walked us through all the steps and fought hard to get us approved. We can't thank him enough for all he did to make our dreams of being home owners come true. Thank you so much John for all that you did every step of the way!

  Lisa is absolutely amazing! When everyone else said no Lisa Miller said yes! Lisa and Judy moved mountains for a single mama and a 4 year old boy. They gave us a place to call home. Incredible. 10/10 recommend

  The team there has bad communication. They did not pull together and truly care about a file! So that deal busted …. There is no excuse they had more then enough time. SIX people were directly affected. Dreams shattered, money lost and a lot of sleep was lost. Don’t use them they don’t truly care and are more worried about telling m you how long they’ve been in the business vs showing how good they are.

  I have closed 4 mortgages in my life I have never seen two people work so hard. We came in a difficult situation and Jeff and Judy took the ball and ran walking me through every problem every solution. Lesser mortgage companies would have given up and went to a cut a dry customer and just turned me down. They made a difficult mortgage easy and fixed a problem we had w another servicer.

We couldn't me more happy with the outcome. We recommend them if you are working on your credit just like we were and if you have exceptional credit!

  I started to try and refinance my home in September of 2020. It’s still not done. With Covid I was pretty understanding of the length. I would call and check in or email for updates. Jeff would never update or anything unless I sent several texts or emails to him. I got payoffs as of today 4 times for him. In February I started calling and texting and emailing him for an update. I knew someone at the abstract office who said it was done and they had it. So he finally calls me and says we will be closing in February. Well needless to say that did not happen. In March I received an email to change a couple things for closing. I signed electronically and was thinking FINALLY I’ll close. This guy has not reached out since. He will call back once in seven times I try and contact him. I have a text thread that goes back to the beginning just so people know I’m not lying. IF YOU WANT TO REFINANCE OR BUY A HOME GO ELSEWHERE. My credit is not perfect but was able to get me done, but believe he kept pushing me off for easier and better clients than myself. It’s sad that 1year later I am no closer than when I started.
